Let us be clear - this product is made of glass, so it can break/crack. For starters, there is the information on the box. My teapot arrived with a crack in the body. I contacted support and service (before writing a comment on Amazon). They responded quite quickly (considering it was Xmass time) and after verifications asked me if I wanted a refund or a new product. I opted for a new teapot and received the replacement in a couple of days. About the product. I use it on a gas hob and it works well, it does the job. Like any sensible person you just have to be careful when handling it and remember that it will not last forever - because it is made of glass - and at some point it will break, crack or something. I think the volume is good too. In conclusion, good product, excellent communication and customer service.

Good looking & practical teapot, light weight, pours well, lid stays put. Confusing quantity markers : Max line at 900ml, so why have a 1,200 ml line? Having experimented with both I can advise 900 ml = 3 x 250ml mugs 1,200 ml is usable = 4 x 250 ml mugs - teapot is of course very full but still manageable & pours well

I had an other one a while ago, different seller. Very thin glass, and yes, it broke. So I was hesitant to buy an other one online. But this one made with thick glass, good quality and looks very nice. I would recommend it.

Good quality glass teapot is strong and sturdy. Although l have purchased it in the past, unfortunately, l broke it by accident. It is very functional, leak free, good size, taste and design is good.Hence why l had to buy another one not used yet fingers crossed it will be the same as the first one l broke.😞Arrived on time also as described. I would definitely recommend it.

Outstanding teapot. I use this for herbal infusions and it works well even on the stovetop. It looks fragile but is very resilient. I even left it overnight on the stove (ring 3) and though the contents were charred the teapot did not melt or crack!!

I recommend the relatively thick and durable material and the right size for a family of 4.

Very pleased with this teapot. Holds more than initially apparent as the thin glass makes it lighter and less bulky than a traditional ceramic teapot of the same capacity. The infuser is a perforated stainless steel cylinder rather than mesh but works well with a reasonably speedy brew and you can, of course, check strength by colour before you pour. Pours well. We fill to about 800ml and this fills two large mugs with about 200ml left over for optional top ups. Odd that 900ml is designated as maximum as can be safely (if carefully) filled to 1200ml which should cope with four medium mugs or cups.

This teapot is attractive to look at but dismal at producing a good cuppa. The infuser has such minute perforations that the tea leaves don't get a chance to brew. I thought this was such a good idea as I am fed up with tea bags. Have persevered with different amounts of leaves but nothing is successful. Such a shame that a nice looking product should fail so miserably.

Muy bien. Cristal grueso, filtro de acero inoxidable, soporta muy bien el calor y no quema por fuera. Es bastante grande, da para hacerte té para todo el día. No he probado a ponerla directamente sobre el fuego, no sé si vale para fuego directo.

I was gifted this in December of 2023 and it still hasn't broken or given me any issues! I absolutely love this kettle. I did however leave it on the stove top and forgot about it yesterday and all the water evaporated and I did ruin the kettle but it still did not break... I'm buying another one and to replace it. When I was gifted this in 2023 I did not expect it to last , but it certainly did!

I definitely would recommend this glass tea pot. It works very well, is dishwasher safe.

E' il secondo bollitore-teiera che acquisto. Il primo, altra marca, non aveva del tutto soddisfatto le mie aspettative perchè aveva la parte inferiore in metallo, utile se hai il gas, o l' induzione, il resto in vetro borosilicato, tappo e filtro in metallo fisso. Il problema, con l'andare del tempo è stato il non poter pulire il fondo anche lasciando giorni e giorni l 'aceto, dando così un idea di sporco, di ruggine. Quindi ho deciso di comprarne una interamente in vetro, con le parti in metallo amovibili. Non l' ho ancora provata sul gas, ma non ho dubbi che sia perfetta, si smonta tutta, si lava bene fondo compreso, interno ed esterno, senza problemi. Esteticamente molto bella, piaciuta anche alle amiche, e quando versi il liquido non ci sono perdite lungo la teiera, perchè il beccuccio ha una forma che aiuta a versarlo nella tazza.
