Hi I had bought this product and I received it defective. However a few messages later the seller understood the problem and has sent a replacement canister which solved the problem. I appreciate the response and service.

lasted only for a month
actual product when i bought from shop was good but online product was defective. just used not even for a month and now gas is not getting filled. torch not working. if it was from shop i could have gone and showed them the problem but now how to return or replace this defective product. horrible experience

Works well but faulty auto-ignition
The ignition doesn't work. Gas flows outand there is a spark but the position of the spark plug is not ideal to ignite the gas. I used another flame and then it works. However that defeats the purpose of auto-ignition. The knob is good enough to control the flame. It is easy to set up and get started quickly.
