This is one of those games that adults like to play as much as the kids so you won't mind playing it over and over again. Great for pre-schoolers too as they can easily grasp the concept of placing the pieces corner to corner as per the game rules. When not playing a game, mine also like to just put the colorful pieces on the board. This is a game I think younger kids can grow into as there are many different levels of complexity to this board game - from playing with the pieces to the competitive strategist. Who knew such a simple concept for a board game can be so much fun for everyone.

Great game, enjoyable with 4 players, kids can learn through patterns and practice which i like to believe will help them in understanding other things far away from this game. build quality is good.

Very good quality product... and I love the game itself. I just cannot imagine one game being equally interesting to a 5-year old as well as to a 35 year old (lol). I got this at an honest price (under Rs 1000) from Amazon and I believe that's the right price to pay for it. Anything more will be a rip-off, as there is not much cost in making this board game, even if you use the best quality material.

At the risk of sounding cliche, I would state that this is indeed a game that takes only a few minutes to learn but could take a long time to master. My children aged 6 and 8 were easily able to pick up the game and at the same time parents who are past 60 too enjoyed the game. The instruction sheet does list out some strategies to get you started. I am rating this as 4 and not 5 for 2 reasons: 1. It is not possible to shield your pieces from the eyes of others, similar to what you would do in Scrabble. 2. Though no breakage has happened yet, the pieces look a little susceptible to breakage and if one piece does break it would not be possible to play the game. Maybe an extra 5x5 block of each color could have been given so that you can make the shape if one breaks Delivery experience was a disaster but I am not reducing any points for it. The delivery person called me when I was in the middle of a meeting asking for directions. This is besides at least 2-3 orders being received in my office from Amazon everyday. I told him that I would call him back in some time and when I tried he was not picking up the phone. Tried many times that day and the next day without any luck, he subsequently called me and I was able to give him direction and the product was delivered, in good condition.

Blokus is a simple yet interesting strategy game with only a few rules. It is one game that the whole family of 4 can play together. Since the rules are very simple even my 5 year old enjoys it. The game has an additional advantage. It can be played by 3 or 2 people also just by changing the game boundary. It can b played by a single player too as a game teaser. My whole family enjoys it.

Good time pass game. Each game will go for max of 20 mins so its quick fun. I bought it in sale at 699. I would recommend the purchase of the game at this price level and no more. Even though the quality is good as it is by Mattel, I feel the board game should not exceed beyond 500.

This game is silly fun. It’s like competitive Tetris. Highly recommend for any age but super fun playing with my adult kids and friends. You can have full conversation conversations and still continue playing the game. I like the extra large one because it’s easier to see the board and play with four people across from one another. We also have a smaller board which is more compact and probably better for people with younger eyes!!

What a great game for young and old, i play it with my grand children. Maths based makes them think, and me, at first i won every time now it's 50/50 so they have learnt the game, smart kids.

Ho oltre 200 giochi da tavolo nella mia collezione ma quello che apro sempre volentieri è Blokus! Regole semplicissime, si impara in un attimo e ci possono giocare anche i bambini. All'inizio sembra tutto semplice ma poi inizia la vera battaglia a colpi di chiusure e tattiche diverse! In 4 è spettacolare e mai scontato!
