The one big problem with the Dr. air is the cushion air pockets eventually (about 6 months) lose air an it is not easy to fix (I used a ball pump adapter on my air pump to refill and sealed with strong puncture tape). These cushions do not have the coccyx cutout and are not quite as comfortable but they work well and can be easily refilled with the included valve\pump. I bought 3 more for around the house and travel. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does a fine job *by P***H on November 2, 2022* This is a comfortable cushion. I used it on the beach, during flights, and on concrete benches... It makes sitting for a longer period easier. I injured my tailbone thanks to my dog and since then it has been difficult to find comfort after sitting down for 2 hours. This cushion combined with a lighter cushion is the best solution I was able to find. It is made from durable material, and it does not feel flimsy but it also weighs a little more than I wish it does. The bottom has a non-skid surface which helps to keep it stay put. My only complaint about this cushion is the difficulty inflating and deflating. Perhaps I could not master it yet but it certainly is not the easiest of inflatables. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cushion *by M***E on August 8, 2022* This product is great for anyone suffering with a pinched scartic nerve pain. I bring this with me everywhere I go. I can manage riding pain free with this cushion, I bring it in the house and use it in my kitchen on a bar stool so I can prepare my meal, I'm so glad I found this, it's easy to carry and it holds the air good and inflating it is so easy...
