Huge comfort upgrade for the price — makes rough rides noticeably smoother
Huge comfort upgrade for the price — makes rough rides noticeably smoother I added this suspension seatpost to one of my bikes, and it’s one of those upgrades you feel immediately. If you ride on rough pavement, sidewalks, or even light trails, the difference is pretty noticeable right away. The built-in coil spring and damper do a solid job absorbing bumps and vibrations. It takes that harsh “jolt” out of small cracks and uneven surfaces and turns it into a much smoother ride. It’s not full suspension, but for something this simple, it makes a big improvement in comfort—especially on longer rides. Installation was straightforward—just make sure you get the correct diameter for your bike. Once installed, you can tweak the firmness using the adjustment screw on the bottom, which is helpful depending on your weight and riding style. What I like: * Noticeably reduces road vibration and small bumps * Adjustable stiffness lets you fine-tune the feel * Lightweight aluminum build feels solid for the price * Quick, easy install (a few minutes) * Great value compared to higher-end suspension posts Things to keep in mind: * Not as refined as premium suspension seatposts * Adds a bit of weight compared to a rigid post * Seat clamp adjustment could be more precise * Works best when paired with a comfortable saddle For me, this turned a slightly harsh ride into something much more comfortable without spending a lot. It’s especially useful if you’re riding longer distances or on less-than-perfect roads. Bottom line: A very worthwhile upgrade that significantly improves ride comfort at a budget-friendly price—simple, effective, and easy to install.

Great price, easy to install, worth the comfort.
Priced great for this added benefit to my wife's bike. With a nice saddle/seat and this extra suspension, the bike has a smoother than normal ride to it.

This is a nice suspension post for a reasonable price. I got the gold and it looks pretty cool on my bike. I got to say a Suntour post is much better but more expensive also. the problem I had was my thick seat made it too tall for me so I though I would give this a try. This suspension bike tube work great with my thick seat and I can adjust it accordingly to fit my height. It has great cushion for this nasty bumps and you can make it firm or soft however you choose. So it a great option for a 3rd of the price. The only real problem I have with it is the adjustment for raising and lowering the front and back of the seat is kinda lacking a bit. It could use a couple more slots to be able to adjust it a little more. Thats pretty much the limitations of it for myself. If you need some cushioning for your bike and you’re on a budget this post is definitely for you. A good option at a reasonable price. Thanks Don

Good suspension post
Pleasantly surprised how well this suspension post worked out. Like that you can adjust the tension to the terrain. The size fit well with the adapter and it fit well on my seat. It has a smooth ride.

Great Suspension, but Seat Clamp Pin Is Defective
Title: Great Shock Absorber, But Defective Pin Makes the Seat Unstable I bought this seatpost thinking it was one of the better, top-tier ones that Amazon sells — and in many ways, it really is. The shock absorber part of this seatpost works fantastic. Honestly, that part is superior. It compresses and rebounds just like it should. You can feel the difference right away when you ride. It really smooths out the bumps and gives you a much more comfortable experience, especially if you're like me and spend a lot of time riding around town or doing deliveries. So I want to give credit where it’s due — that part is excellent. But here’s the problem: the part that holds the seat itself — where the clamp bolts onto the seatpost — has a major flaw. There’s a little pin in the back that’s supposed to hold that section firmly in place. That pin is either defective or not designed properly, because it doesn't keep the seat locked down the way it should. The result? The seat twists and rotates even when everything is tightened down. It doesn’t stay solid. You try to ride with a seat that wiggles and turns on you — that’s not safe, and it’s definitely not comfortable. So yes, the suspension part is working beautifully, but that doesn't help much when the seat itself feels like it might spin off underneath you. It defeats the whole purpose of the design. I’m not trying to bash the product completely. Like I said, the engineering of the shock system is really impressive — one of the best I’ve experienced on a budget seatpost like this. But it’s frustrating when one small part — one tiny pin — ruins the whole function of the seat clamp. That pin is crucial, and if it doesn’t hold, the seatpost can’t be trusted to do its job. I’m not sure if I just got a defective one or if this is a flaw in the overall design. Either way, it needs to be addressed. I’d be willing to try a replacement to see if it was just a one-off issue, but if this is consistent across other units, then I can’t really recommend it until they fix that. As of now, I don’t have a good opinion of this seatpost because of that flaw. It’s not about bashing the company or the product — I just want something that works, especially when I rely on my bike every day. This product has a lot of potential. It’s 90% there. But that last 10% — the part that actually keeps the seat firmly in place — is too important to overlook. So here's hoping the company takes this feedback seriously and either sends me a replacement that’s fully functional or improves that seat clamp design going forward. Thanks for reading. —Rich

Night and day difference in my ride!
Night and day difference with this! I have a large heavy cargo e-bike, no suspension, for hailing 3 kids and gear on a daily basis and where I live the streets are full of potholes and bumps which used to rattle my brain but now I ride much more comfortably. This is a very effective, affordable option for dampering bumps and potholes. Highly recommend.

Short Pole, but comfier ride.
I do notice a major improvement going through bumps with these. I only have two complaints so far. One is I wish the pole were a bit longer since my ebike's seat mount is much lower, the one that came with my bike was quite long. I had to compromise and ride a bit lower, and we'll see if this will affect my ride in the long run. The other complain is with the shim adapter, the seat is a bit loose and spins. I've tried tightening the clamp to no luck. Again, another compromise I might have to live with in exchange for a less bumpy ride.

Works as expected
Riding on uneven pavements and gravel paths, it removes most of the jolts on my bottoms so the ride becomes at least 80% more comfortable than not having it. The device is inexpensive and simple to install, so I can give it a 5 star rating.

Game changer
This seat post is awesome! I can't believe how much more comfortable my rides are now. The suspension is firm enough to not feel squishy, but is still responsive. You'll still notice bumps are there, you just don't feel them as much. If you enjoy riding, you'll like it more if you get one of these.

Smooth and adjustable.
It titted my fat tire ebike with the shim, and it's quite smooth, unlike the other cheaper option I tried which I had to return because it was not smooth. Works well so far. There are better options but they are much more expensive.
