Is it the same figure that was already released or is it an updated version made to look more realistic?

The original version had a paint error with the eyes that made the figure look strange. That has been corrected with the new release. Otherwise, it is the same figure.

is there a place to store the spray paint accessory on her belt or something?

There is not a place to store the spray paint accessory, but it still doesn’t take away from how good this figure is!
