I only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it really needs a cover to store it. It is so flipping sharp that I have it on a magnet hanger instead of my drawer because it could take a bite out of you if you touch the blade. The cutter itself is excellent. It does the usuals like pizza, etc. but it is also sharp enough to go through wet rice paper without tearing or even lifting it off the cutting surface, then cutting right through the crisp finished product. Very nice tool
