No, there are no designated loops for Velcro straps on these pedals.

Could be use it in a Trek Marlin 6?

Yes, as long as the thread pattern is the standard 9/16 (i think) you should be good. Ive used this same pair on 2 different mountain bikes from 2 different brands with no issues.

these brand new pedals have big resistance. Does it need to unscrew external screw and put some grease inside to have them working smoothly ?

The peddles may be defective. The peddles I bought worked flawlessly out of the box. I screwed them on the arms using the Allen sockets. They felt good when spun by hand. I rode about 60 miles and they work like new. They are on bearings and don't spin like a top but they have very little resistance.
