Dr. Boz Keto BHB Powder, Cucumber Lemon Exogenous Ketones, 20 Count

I absolutely love these exogenous ketones! I have a keto mojo meter, and I’ve tested my ketones before I drink this, and after, and it definitely raises your ketones. They taste great too. I’m almost to my goal Weight following Dr. Boz’s advice. I use these mostly when I’ve slipped up and need to get back into ketosis fast.

Good flavor is as expected took extreme amount of time to get after ordering

I recommend this item: 1. Helped me to QUICKLY get into ketosis. - (Remember that you don't always have to take the full dosage sometimes this can cause loose stool. I'd recommend slowly going to the full dosage if it's needed.) For reference: I stayed at 80+ ketones during the entire transition with a lower dosage and incorporating fats into my diet.. This and electrolytes have kept away "KETO FLU" I have had no unwanted symptoms. 2. The flavor is not tart and is bearable with less than 8 oz. of water and more than 8oz. (I am not a fan of really flavorful BHB I'd rather it be something I can shoot back quickly and not fight through the "tartness" or overly sweet flavor. Especially when I am not craving anything sweet.) 3. I appreciated the sachets that are prepped in the box as they are quickly transportable and offer the exact dosage needed. 4. The packaging - for the most part, is eco-friendly paper sachets and cardboard boxes. No big plastic container to dispose of. Overall, I really liked this product and enjoyed the flavor.

Cucumber Lemon is way too sweet. Should have left the sweetener out. I have never had a lemon water, or cucumber water, that had sweetener in it. I have to gag it down. Yuck. As for the effectiveness of the product: it’s not as effective as the, now $93 (up from the $80 range), puckers. Not even close in my experienced opinion. I take this with an additional exogenous keto supplement, and it still doesn’t come close to the Dr Boz Puckers.

This does raise ketones since that is why I purchased this. After reading everyone’s reviews, I was looking for the proof it did what the product said. I am doing keto and I know that for optimal weight loss you need to be between 0.5-3.00 or higher. I check my blood today at 5:30 pm and my level was 0.5 and I added about a teaspoon of this ( I have the lemon Cucumber) to my water. Checked it again and it bumped up to 1.0. I’d like it to be higher but I’ll take this. I have a goal for my weight loss and so far I am satisfied with how it is going. It’s a life style change for me so so far this product is doing what I need.

I use and trust other products by Dr. Boz, (so, I trust this delivers results & assists in maintaining Ketosis) hence the single star. Zero would be more appropriate for the powder flavor. The product smells like cucumber. However, it does NOT taste like cucumber. It does NOT taste like lemon either. It tastes like sugar. I canceled the subscription for this flavor and canceled my pending orders for the other flavors as well. I would not recommend this to anyone.
