The bands are of good quality. It is specially for people who exercise and stretch their glutes and lower body. A beginner might find them difficult to start with. Ive used them for a week now and they seem fine. The blue one is quite stretchable but the pink and black are heavy. Someone with good strength can only stretch them hence i mentioned these bands are for someone who exercises daily and has good muscle strength. They feel good on the skin as well and do not irritate the skin.

The bands are highly rigid and no hand based workouts can be done

They look good. Although haven't used them long enough to give the functionality review. They feel nice and don't slip/flip over the skin.
