We bought this for baby shower, it worked well. You need to pre melt the chocolate with some sort of oil, we used 16oz ghirardelli melting wafers and about 2-4 tablespoons of coconut oil then poured it on the machine. As guests used the chocolate, we wished we added more chocolate. Cleaning was a hassle, we should have cleaned it while it was still warm instead of scraping the harden chocolate off.

I have only used it one time so far but it worked great. Chocolate flowed perfectly when I followed the directions in the manual. Kids loved it. Manually cleaned all parts by hand while warm and everything cleaned up very easily. Will try nacho cheese soon.

Very bad pool, bad that I used my chocolate melted it and the pool did not work, the engine is too small to warm up the chocolate and it was wasted time and money, the saddest thing that my children were sad because there was no pill for their strawberries and musmelos, but an idea worked for me and I put it in a bowl hot chocolate and the happy children should NOT sell this machine, make better products, thank you. Size is great - not too big or too small. It is a little loud when operating. Overall easy instructions and easy to use. Washed well and fit back in box for storage.

Overall it was a good party addition, but only about 2 and a half pounds of melted chocolate (one big bag) fits at a time before pouring over. That is not enough to have it flow nicely down the pieces how it was supposed to. So it was very patchy and now the best that it could be. Have returned.

Bought 2 (milk and white chocolate) for a wedding 7 months ago, and used one at child's party 2 months ago. Worked well, tasted great, easy setup & cleaning both times. Just emptied so I could and put all pieces in a trash bag to wash at home. Stores right back in original box. Looks and runs like new the next time. Small enough to fit/travel well, but only takes 2 pounds of chocolate and it heats up quickly.. Would definitely recommend if you have don't have more than about 30-40 people (if now, get 2).

Very pleased. Works well. Grandson love's it. Bought it to replace the supposed candy freeze dryer. I bought. Which was only a food hydrater. Very disappointed with that product.
