Put powder
I purchased this to help. Keep my feet cool in my boots and that’s what it works for. Probably takes care of athletes foot. I don’t know about that because I don’t have that, but it certainly helps cool my feet down all day.

I believe it really helps
I wound up with a small case of Athletes foot and after I cleared it up I have been using it at the gym and so far no more problems and using this powder after each gym session is a better value then the doctors appointment and cream.
