My kids love this tracker and that's what matters! Bonus for excellent customer service!
We purchased a couple of these for my kids last month after having heard them talk about their friends' fitness trackers, though we definitely didn't want to spend Fitbit-level prices if they ended up wearing them for a week and then magically getting bored with them and forgetting to put them on after that. When I found the BIGGERFIVE Vigor, it really seemed to fit the bill for what we wanted - visually fun for the kids, step counter, heart rate monitor, etc. - and at an absolutely perfect price point. It's worked fantastically at motivating both kids to stay active, even going out for walks in the morning to get a jump on their step count for the day. The mobile app isn't anything flashy, but honestly, it really doesn't need to be and it gives all the info my kids want to see - battery life, daily step count history, etc. Charging is so easy with these trackers that both my kids have no problem with it and have never suffered from an unexpectedly dead battery. Just gets removed from the band (which, admittedly, takes a bit of work to do at first, but gets easier over time and with more practice) and one end of the tracker has a USB plug that can be plugged into any USB port for charging - my kids use the USB port on the backs of their alarm clocks. I can't speak to the battery life because my kids have been so good at keeping them charged up, but IIRC, my son's had gotten down to maybe 20% at one point after 5-6 days of no charge, so that should give you some idea as to the battery life - you should be able to get close to a week's use on a full charge with normal kid-related activity. Now, my son being the daredevil that he is, had a bit of a spill last week and unfortunately scuffed up the display and scraped the plastic edges of the tracker pretty good. He was pretty upset because he loves this tracker, so I thought I'd contact support on the off-chance something like this might be covered under warranty (I work in tech support, so I know certain bits of inflicted damage can be hit or miss when it comes to warranty claims), fully expecting to be told that it wasn't covered and I would just bite the bullet and purchase a new tracker for my son. Imagine my surprise when support got back to me very quickly and asked for some photos of the damage to check, order number from Amazon, etc. - I reiterated to them that I would totally understand if it wasn't eligible for a warranty claim - and they got back to me quickly again asking for my shipping address to send a new tracker. This is the kind of customer support I absolutely love and makes me confident that my decision to get these trackers for my kids was the right one. UPDATE 9/11/21: So last week on my daughter's tracker, the display started glitching out - dim with digital distortion. Powercycled it and it came back briefly, then failed out again. Given my previous interaction with customer support for BiggerFive, I had confidence that we'd be able to get it replaced within warranty. Sent them an email describing the issue, troubleshooting steps taken to resolve, images of the faulty display and also a screencap of the original Amazon order. Within the next day, they let me know that they could have a replacement out ASAP, fulfilled by Amazon. Got the replacement within mere days of my original interaction and my daughter is pleased as punch. Great to see customer service that stands behind their product not just once, but twice with us. My kids appreciate it!

Perfect choice for casual kid.
My mom has a heart condition that makes her kinda rely on the EKG feature of her apple watch. My son took notice and decided that he should be monitoring his heart and needed a fitness tracker with HRM. After he was really rough with and lost his Garmin KidFit a year ago, I had no interest in spending a fortune. He's not training for a 2nd grader triathlon or anything, we just want to have some data to track when he's being a video game schlub, when he's not getting enough sleep, and so he can check his heart rate to work out his anxiety around a genetic heart condition that he might not even have. He's *that* kid. The Biggerfive Tracker is inexpensive, it comes in a box that makes it seem like you're receiving a very important piece of machinery. The watch band is easy to adjust, and will fit my son for quite some time, and it's comfortable because I've never heard him complain (and that's saying a lot). There are several watch face choices, you can adjust the brightness of the watch face, and you can toggle the feature that wakes up the screen when your arm moves. While playing it's good to shake your wrist and wake up your watch, when sleeping or watching a movie, it's obnoxious and probably reduces battery life. We opt to keep it off, so he just pushes the little button to wake up the watch. As the youngest in the house, I think that he feels empowered to have data about his day to report and compare. This product is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness tracker for my son. Honestly, I have all of the crazy apps and tracker nonsense on my apple watch, and I think that he got the better product. The interface and data on the Biggerfive is straightforward and simple. I don't know how many steps I take in a day - what app do I open? We are very happy with our choice. I would highly recommend this fitness band for any kid, and so would my son.

Great for kids, excellent customer service
The watch works as described, and fits a 5 year old's arm with room to grow into. The watch functions well, but does require downloading the app to your phone and connecting (binding) to set up; once initial setup is complete you can unbind if desired. The watch charges via USB port (charger not included) that is hidden inside the arm band; you pull the band off the watch face to reveal a usb. I have not yet determined a battery use indicator to know how much charge remains without inserting into a usb port. Charging is relatively fast, and appears to last several days. The primary reason for purchase was a step counter, to mimic mom's branded smart watch; this watch fulfills that goal at a good price point. Shortly after purchase, the watch was being worn when my son fell and accidentally broke the plastic connection of the clock face, which fits into the arm band, leaving the watch operable but unable to be worn; that plastic piece is required to snap into the band for wear. I contacted the company regarding the warranty, and they were phenomenally responsive with a fast and straightforward replacement. This is a decent watch, especially for kids, at an accessable price point. I'm unsure of the accuracy of the tracker, but it does keep time and provides a glimpse into daily activity (which elates my son).

Kid-friendly perfection.
My eight-year-old, when he was still six, wanted a watch on his wrist just like mine. Well, I wasn't going to get him the Apple Watch of his dreams, but a kid's Timex fit the bill. It was a bit confusing - the buttons were so easy to press, it would regularly transition from 12h to 24h mode, or he'd activate the alarm, and he wouldn't know how to reverse it. Eventually, its battery died. Rather than replace the battery, I decided it was time to upgrade his watch. Now, he LOVES his Fitness Tracker Watch by Biggerfive! He rarely takes it off, except to recharge every few days. The only catch - unlike too many buttons on his last watch, this one only has one button to rotate through the options... but no means to set anything manually. It's 100% Bluetooth set from an app you download to either your smartphone or tablet. When he's gone for days, if he forgets to charge his watch, he needs to first recharge it, then return it to my phone in order to reset the time and interface as he prefers it (it defaults back to a blank slate with the incorrect time, date, everything). When on sale, this watch is under $25 and that is the perfect price point for me. If he loses it, damages it, etc... it isn't breaking my bank to replace it. But just like his Timex watch, he's already taking tremendous care of this watch as if it's his own personal Apple Watch.

Disappointed, but customer service great and fixed it
Update: Customer service was great! When I contacted and told them what happened they responded very quickly and asked for picture of what happened then after I sent the picture they responded quickly again letting me know they would be sending a replacement. They made the process very easy! They also reached out wanting to make things right after seeing my original review. Hoping this watch lasts longer bc my son really did like it. This was a present for my son from Santa. He wore it for a month and it started glitching on him, ex, starting timer for running. Then the face of the watch fell off. Very disappointed because my son loved the watch and really enjoyed seeing how many steps he could get each day.

Poor design and breaks easily!
I bought this for my 11 year old son. He absolutely loved it until it broke 30 days later. The design is poor quality and broke where the strap holds the charger. Even for the price you would think it would have held up at least a year not 30 days. Just enough time to miss the return policy. The app is easy to use along with the device it's self. However, the quality of the actual device is just terrible. I would give it zero rating of I could. I do not recommend this product to anyone for any reason. Due to the terrible design flaw of it breaking so easily. Spend the extra cash and get a fit bit!

Awesome first time fitness tracker for younger kids, and super easy to use!
This is a fantastic first fitness tracker for my Grandson, he’s 10 and he’s always competing with his friends at school to see who can get the most steps in each day. Also, we are able to track his sleep pattern each night to ensure he’s getting enough sleep. That’s a win-win, he competes to get the most exercise during his days and we keep an eye on his sleep tracking at night using the easy to use mobile app, making this little jewel an awesome deal for ALL! Plus it will sync on my phone at the same time as my fitness tracker, meaning there’s no reason that a 10 year old “must have” a phone as long as it’s synced regularly with your phone for the most accurate tracking.

Great watch, great customer service
I purchased this watch for my son and he loves it! It really motivates him to move more to get his daily step goal. Recently the watch screen stopped working and I contacted the BIGGERFIVE representatives about the problem. They responded in a reasonable amount of time and they solved the problem by sending another watch device since the previous watch no longer worked and it was still under warranty. I would highly recommend Biggerfive products because their products look great, reasonable priced, easy to use, and the customer service is superb!

Super product and excellent customer service.
Bought two of these for my boys (6&9) and they LOVE them. They fit well, even on small wrists and are great quality materials. I'm not sure about accuracy of steps or HR but for kids thats not critical. They also love the stopwatch function. We have had the daily steps reset to zero sometimes when charging and I'm not sure what that's about. Also the app doesnt seem to automatically sync you have to go in daily and refresh it. All in all a very good buy for the price. UPDATE: after 6 months one of the straps broke while kids were wrestling. Contacted company and was sent a replacement within days. Great response and watch still works perfectly. Had band issue with 2nd watch and had similar great service. Watches themselves still working great 8mos later worn by active kids!

Eigentlich Prima...ABER

Celle qu'on attendait
Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Don't buy
Just like many other people who bought it, we were very happy with it for the first 30 days. Exactly on day 31 it stopped charging and died, and obviously no return is possible. My son bought it with his own money that he earned, and was very disappointed with his first buy.

Disappointed – Stopped Working After a Week
I purchased the BIGGERFIVE Vigor Kids Fitness Tracker Watch for my daughter as a birthday gift, and unfortunately, it stopped working after just a week. Initially, the watch seemed great – it fit well, had nice features, and my daughter loved it. But after only a few days of use, it suddenly wouldn’t charge or turn on at all. Considering the price, I expected better durability and performance. It’s really disappointing that a product meant for kids didn’t last more than a week. I wouldn’t recommend this product, as it doesn’t seem to be reliable. Save your money and look for a better alternative.
