Like a track saw
Love this thing. It does the same job as a traditional track saw but for much cheaper which was great for my one off project. Clamps are of course needed but I was able to cut/trim whole doors with this.

Great buy!
This was so inexpensive, I bought it as a throwaway if it didn’t work. I was blown away by the speed of set up and the accuracy. It turned my circular saw into a track saw. That is a big statement, but my cuts are very accurate and I have used this many times since the purchase. I highly recommend this as a very price effective alternative to the expensive track saws. I really wanted an excuse to buy a track saw. Now that I have this tool, I will not be buying a track saw. That is the bad news, but the good news is I can use the money saved to buy some other tool. I did make a little jig to help with the setup. I cut a piece of wood the width of the edge of my circular saw to the blade. I draw the cut line, lay down the straight edge, place the jig on the line, move the straight edge against the jig into place and clamp it. I do the same with the other end and ready to cut. I thought about making the jig for several weeks and finally took the two minutes to measure and make it. It made things so much easier and faster. Also improved accuracy because it is now dead on.

Great Product Needs on board storage for connection supplies and clamps
I love this to make long rip cuts when I don't have my table saw. Easy to set up and use. Only thing I wish it had, was a way to store the extension mount and 2 screws along with the 2 small clamps on the guide itself so they all stay together in 1 piece. I always misplace the screws and connector bar or leave them in a tool bag they shouldn't be in.

Decent Cutting Guide - Worth It.
Pretty nice guide. I don't see a lot of deflection at the joint. I've used if for some long cuts on drywall and the knife can catch a little at the joint but that's easily avoided if you're watching it. This worked out just right for what I'm using it for. The C clamps were surprisingly nice quality though I'm not using them with the cutting guide.

Simple easy to use straight edge for saw guide
These are basic aluminum straight edges that are very helpful for as cutting guides for circular saws and routers and even jigsaws. Easy to use and better results than several of the saw guides I have tried. Also good for drawing long cut lines on material. Sturdy aluminum should last a long time. Can use with any saw/router.

Simple tool that works well!
Simple. Works well. Worth it to me for accurate safe cuts. Used with a handheld router and a compression bit. I cut 1/2 inch thick acrylic for marine hatch boards accurately. Boards were too big for my tablesaw with its sliding auxillary table.

Very Well Made, Sturdy and Rigid
Very well made, sturdy enough to remain stiff and in place during 8' cuts; the joint is seamless, perfect for use as a strait-edge on multiple applications.
