Looks and performs great in my bedroom

Wanted a 4k TV but was limited to size and then found this model as a worthy substitute, always had LG prior. The design picture and sound quality are fanatic and a great touch being able to have a "picture" on the screen to give the impression of a framed picture rather than TV on the wall.The BEST bit for me was the customer service I received from the seller, top notch. The original unit arrived and was defective from the factory, I contacted Samsung support via live chat and telephone and both were no help. Live chat offered a very thin wafty excuse after one and a half hours. The telephone cut me off in purpose twice.The following day I spoke to the supplier explained my issue, where they replaced my unit the same day! First class service and would highly recommend the seller!And the TV unit also.

Beware there are a number of features that are on larger sizes that are not on 32 inch. Motion sensor, Ethernet connection, 4K are not on 32 inch model. It does not work well with our Vodafone router and so many things didn’t work eg Alexa, loading Personal photos as art images. Once we connected another router it worked better although Alexa still doesn’t work so far. Sadly Bluetooth is not low latency. Art mode is definitely worthwhile on certain pictures. We deliberated on whether to keep it but it’s still a cool tv at the end of the day.

The frame by samsung is definitely to date, the epitome of style and a great attempt to condense technology in a stunning product. In this case Samsung got the look right, it's a beautiful product that I really was longing to have it but sadly it doesn't perform well. Unlike apple where you unpack an item put in your username and password and you're ready to go - with this TV when setting up the frame there's a high chance just like me to be drowned in lengthy 2 hour conversation with a call centre, trying to figure out why it wont connect to wifi - why it isn't identified by apple devices to do screen mirroring.You have to create an account with Samsung, similar to an icloud account and to provide credit card etc. Also you have to get an app to control the TV that costs £20.It has 2 remotes, which you have to swap between to set it up. The typing of the long codes and answers using the prehistoric virtual keyboard made me feel that in the case of this TV its style over substance and regretfully I'm returning the product as it just does not do the job.Seller hasn't responded yet I hope they will and pick up the item that doesn't function.

Quality TV at a good price . Easy to install on a wall and easy to set up tv to internet and sky .

The Samsung TV is perfect - my problem was not having a strong enough Wireless signal

Bought this from Amazon as a Christmas present for my daughter. Spent 2 hrs on Boxing Day on to Samsung Support to try and get other than a dimly backlit black screen. They concluded I needed a replacement so I returned it for a refund and simultaneously bought same model from a high street provider who could deliver quicker than an Amazon exchange would take. (My daughter was already disappointed so I just wanted to get a replacement ASAP).The TV that we got from the high street works just fine. I’m sure that this was just an unfortunate experience with Amazon but when things like this happen at Christmas you just want it sorted quickly and not waste time returning and waiting for redelivery. Amazon were great with the refund.
