Great experience,. The product is Very potent! When using the dropper provided it is quite difficult to remove the built in dropper, but the dropper works great as you don't want to put too many drops in the water. Felt stronger than another one I tried recently. Read the instructions as this is serious stuff.

This one is good. I still have it. Not finidhed yet. My foot soles are ready allways to welcome it.Good one. I do recvommend it.Big bottle.

First time using this oil and oh boy is it strong! it smells as strong as it tastes i put two drops in water and downed it, made me retch and i felt like i was going to throw it back up, potent stuff i had to chew on a sweet to get rid of the taste in my mouth, think i will be buying capsules in future.

I purchased this as I have alot of issues with my gut health, I added 2 tiny drops to a glass of water and did not stir, this caused a burning to.my lips, it only lasted a short while..so on next try I made sure to stir properly, consuming a fresh glass of water in between each drink of the oregano mixture. It is very strong and I struggled to get it down at first.. but with practice using fresh water in-between, I managed.I only tried for a few days then gave up. After a few weeks my son got really poorly, bad headache, sore throat, cough etc, and I tried to get him to take the oregano to no avail, the next day I felt myself getting a sore throat and felt twinges of an headache starting, so I made myself a glass of oregano water that night, I also took a glass fresh water to bed with me as through the night I sweated out the viral infection, I woke up wet through, i knew my body had helped me fight the virus . I Had another glass the next day and felt alot better, while my son was still poorly. The smell convinced him not to try it..but honestly this oil in my experience is brilliant, I am going to keep having one glass a day to see if it will continue to help with my gut issues (sibo) and (ibs), I will update if I am able to.Hope this helps.

Most people on here don't seem to be taking this oil properly. The drops should be mixed with an oil, I use half tspn of melted coconut oil. This disguises the hot taste and helps to digest better. I've taken it like this many times with no mishaps.

I’ve taken oregano oil before and while unpleasant it’s usually fine. This is another level of awful and I had to double check I was supposed to take this orally. It says food supplement but it can’t be. It burns your mouth, lips, fingers, the smell lingers on your hands and in your cupboard. Go for capsules or another brand bc all it gave me was stomach issues.
