It’s incredibly easy to attach to my KitchenAid stand mixer, and the assembly process is straightforward. What I love most about this grinder is its versatility. It handles different types of meats with ease, from beef to chicken, allowing me to create fresh ground meat at home. Worked great and fit petfect

Grounded a 1kg of beef chuck easily. Nothing to say. Easy to clean too.

We have used this twice now to make ground chicken and found it to be very useful. It was easy to attach to our 7-quart bowl-lift KitchenAid mixer, instructions for use were clear, and was fairly easy to clean. Storage is easily handled with a small plastic tote with lid to keep all components together. We bought this specifically for ground chicken as it's cheaper to buy chicken breast in bulk and process at home instead of buying ground chicken from the store. It was sturdy during use and handled several pounds of chicken each session. I do advise using the short brush that comes with the grinder to get to the little bits of meat that cling to the interior. Because we have only had this a short time, I give this 4/5 stars and will update if any concerns come up.

Sturdy, easy to use. Fits my kitchen aid. Easy to clean and store away. Loads of features. I ground my own hamburger.

I bought this to grind meat from my brisket trimming to make burgers and thought it would be a nice way to take advantage of the kitchen aid mixer I already owned. Before I used this item I through it in the freezer to prevent the meat from gumming up in the grinder while I used it. I planned on doing a two step grind. First step I would use the coarse opening then use the medium opening to prevent stress on my kitchen aid. I took everything out of the freezer and installed the grinder on the kitchen aid. First think I noticed that the set screw on the kitchen aid doesn’t have much engagement on the grinder. I started the grind and everything seemed to be working fine, and then it stopped feeding meat. I inspected the unit and I found that the grinding blade was broken. I looked at it further and realize that the blade failure rounded off the end of the auger and made the whole thing useless.

Very satisfied

It worked as advertised and as I expected. After use, I put the product in the dish washer and it turned black. After taking it out of the dish washer my hands were covered in a black substance and the chrome finish was gone. The box does say that it dish washer safe. I was concerned about using again and contaminating food with whatever that black stuff was. It's now in the rubbish bin and I've ordered a genuine Kitchen Aid Mincer Attachment.
