**Q: Do you make this exact same caster in a non-locking version?**
A: The casters sold in this shop are all casters with brakes

**Q: What is the size of where it bolts ? and what is the hole pattern?**
A: These work well with wood screws for most items at home.  Mine are screwed to the bottom of a garage work bench. They roll better than any casters I have ever had. The locks work well.  The hole pattern is similar to any 2 inch caster you would find in any hardware store.

**Q: When lock it must you hold it down. With your foot or will it stay locked on it own ?**
A: The casters lock down once you press the lever.  You do not need to hold to maintain the hold position. You must lift the lever to release them.

**Q: Is the top plate steel? I need to be able to weld them.**
A: The top plate is some type of steel and works fine for bolting but I'm not sure its heavy enough to hold a weld.
