How does 1tablet have the benefits of 50 plus Amla going by the cost of the tablet and amla and the tablet size?

I am uncertain about the claim of one tablet of Vit. C (L-ascorbic) equivalent to 50 amlas but the essence of a fresh amla is reduced to powder form through the process of dehydration and perhaps here this dehydrated powder concentration comparison. During the dehydrating process the nutrition valves are retained but the water content is removed which is why it shrinks in powder form and therefore, a derivation of this comparison. If such dehydrated tablets are incorrectly processed and stored it is definitely detrimental to health and should be started as early as possible. These are vitamin supplements and, whenever and wherever fresh fruits are available there is NO SUBSTITUTE FOR FRESH FRUITS IN EITHER TABLET,SYRUP OR CAPSULE FORM and eating a fresh Amla as nature intended has no equivalent. The safe and prescribed dose should normally not exceed 500 mg per day and must be stored in a cool place to retain it's efficacy.

This is not for others to know or something. I just want to draw your attention to an anomaly. You write about how Zinc is much better absorbed when it is chelated with gluconate as compared to sulphates. And that your product is with gluconate and not sulphates. Yet, when you go down to the section where the product is described it clearly shows Zinc Sulphate. Sending this to you to check and correct. On the whole, I am satisfied with most of the products that I take from CARBAMIDE
