Advil Dual Action, Ibuprofen 125mg, Pain Relief, 18 Caplets

I grabbed this Advil Dual Action because my lower back was hurting after a long weekend of yard work and I was tired of juggling different bottles. It actually works much better than standard painkillers because it mixes the two main ingredients into one dose. I usually feel it kick in within half an hour and it handles the severe aches that normal pills barely touch. It is honestly the best over the counter option I have found for real soreness. The pills are coated and surprisingly small so they go down easy even if I do not have much water. Having both medicines in one caplet makes it super convenient to just toss a small bottle in my travel bag. I also noticed they do not tear up my stomach on an empty stomach like taking a bunch of plain ibuprofen usually does. I end up needing fewer pills throughout the day to get the exact same level of relief. The only real catch is how fast you will burn through this specific size box. A normal adult dose is two pills at a time so this eighteen count bottle only gives you nine actual doses before it is completely empty. The upfront price looks cheap but you are definitely paying a premium per pill just for the convenience. You could easily save cash buying big generic bottles of both medicines if you need them every day. But if you just want an easy all in one option for a travel bag this is absolutely worth five stars.

I have been using this for a few months. I make sure I take 2 every morning. It really helps my pain in the knee and hip. Fast acting!

Very helpful for pain

This new Advil Dual Action is INCREDIBLE! I was in sooooo much pain in my neck and upper back area from falling asleep in the wrong position. I tried heating pads, heated patches and it still wouldn’t go away. I took 3 of the Advil Dual Action tablets and the pain was literally gone one hour later! I will never use anything else, never!

Finally finally after years and years of dosing - Tylenol with ibuprofen. Generic has worked just as well for me Individual of each is fine except if sensitive to ibuprofen with stomach — this dosing is better than individual. It is reduced so you can get inflammatory med and combo of pain effects. Also, helps to NOT exceed overall daily dose of Tylenol if taken as described. READ dosing label! Also now they are making bottles with individual pills 💊 with different dosing amount of both ingredients. For me, with repeated or if I am needing short term ibuprofen use - dual dose (yes!) but lower dose pill. Or else just take separate but then lose convenience of an ALL-in-ONE pill. If you take a lot of meds and need both of GREAT option!!! Saves amount of pills intake and no worries 😉 alternating dosing. However, from round clock coverage — separate dosing maybe 🤔 better IF for pain effects. Consider: why do I need these ingredients? (deciding dual med vs single ingredient/pills) How am I using — dose frequency needed (daily, 2xday, every 6 hours???? Length of consumption: ibuprofen for inflammation vs pain. Money value: brand - dual can be a great option! I still keep single ingredients and buy dual. Depends on use. Hope this helps some how 🤓🙃

Studies have shown that dual action works as well if not better than opioids in managing pain. I'm able to control lower back pain with one pill rather than the recommended two.

It does the trick! If you feel the pain and know you need to rest a bit. This is a good helper. Lord knows it way more affordable than going to the doctor!
