How does this work does it charges

I'm not a doctor or physician, but it works by stretching out the lower back. Slowly at 1st then increase the arch (locks on slots) as you become better it. I usually lay on mine for 5-10 mins until the muscles slowly relax.

What should I pay attention if I receive it and using it for the first time?

After stretching is complete, gently roll over to one side off of the device and lay for a moment before gently sitting up. This allows you to gently get up as well as aids in any dizziness that may occur from stretching. Start with the lowest level first and work your way up. Some folks do 5 minutes at first others may do more. You will learn what your body does and does not like and when you can increase the time.

Does it have a strap to strap it on the chair?

Can this be used with an xxl 127 cm standard low back brace?

Aren't back braces meant to keep your back straight? This arches your back to stretch it out. I wouldn't recommend wearing a brace while using this as I imagine it would be quite uncomfortable.
