Nice step up for inside light in my Miata RF. I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the description, but it comes with a tool to pop off the light cover and remove the old light. (I could have saved $15 on the body part tool kit I bought.) :) Brighter, whiter interior light as a result of this. Installation took 2 minutes. (Bring a flashlight so you can see what you're doing.) There are several how-to videos online.

These LEDs certainly ramped-up the cabin illumination in my 2014 Chevy Impala! The white light is slightly blue-shifted, and there's lots of it! I like a "warmer white" better, in particular because black leather and gray carpeting tend to glow "bluish" in bright white light; but that's me.It was necessary to grind back the six spring-metal bulb contacts inside the OEM dome light fixture ( like this: |L ), using a small Dremel grinding wheel, to accommodate these new LED bulbs. That's because the LED circuit boards themselves are a smidge wider than the metal end-contacts are. Note that this modification does not preclude using the OEM incandescent bulbs, should you ever wish to do so again; and the modification is undetectable with the lens fixture reinstalled. Easy peasy.Since these SMD's (Surface Mounted Diodes/Devices) are somewhat "directional emitters", I angled each of the three LED bulbs slightly in the direction that I wanted the light to go. I also removed the OEM dome light's "internal reflector", which "contained" a lot of the light inside the fixture, and directed it through two projector lenses for the rear passengers. We have virtually no rear passengers... And if we did, anything they'd be reading would be "self-luminous" anyway.A BIG improvement! The cabin space is now floodlit when the doors are unlocked or opened. Money and time well-spent on an "almost plug & play" upgrade!The build-quality of these LEDs looks excellent, with considerable attention devoted to heat dissipation. Excess heat destroys LEDs, and these guys do heat up, but nothing like the OEM bulbs did. These are definitely a cut above many of the LED offerings out there, and they perform as advertised.There were no "error issues" and indeed, the polarity is self-correcting with these LED bulbs--no flipping the bulb around if it doesn't light.The packaging is more than adequate, and my four LEDs arrived on time and in excellent condition.The seller has twice contacted me to see if all is well and that I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase.If these Yorkim LED lamps last as they should, I'll consider them to be an excellent bang-for-the-buck, and definitely recommend them!RayB

I put these in my 2013 Tacoma and I like them a lot better than the OEM bulbs.... they are definitely brighter. (It's hard to capture the difference in photos but see attached pictures.) I like the whiter color they put out too over the OEM bulbs too.Be sure to measure your bulbs first, I was in a hurry and bought the 31mm first because that's what I read on the net that the Taco used. (I read it on the internet so it must be true) well they were to small (maybe 31mm was for 1st or 3rd gen Tacos) I went back and measured the stock 578 bulb (2nd gen) and it was about 38mm from flat to flat of the bulb. I reordered the 41/42 LEDs to compensate for the pointed ends and they fit perfect. (the 41's have 6 more LEDS too.... so bonus.) The round ends of the LEDs are smaller but they popped right into the housing and are pretty secure too. I've included some other pictures also that might help others for visual reference. I'll have to see how long they last but they come in a four pack so least I have some spares.

I purchase a package of 4 in 2016, so one stopped working this week after 8yrs, so I purchased another set. I have been very happy with the color, brightness and smoothness of how they dim down, when turned off, (which is a part of the car electronics and not a feature of the LED) Great product.

I installed these in my 2004 Honda CR-V (EOM was 3175 and yes it measured exactly 31mm - as did the LED replacement). I replaced my main dome light and the tailgate light. The white LED bulbs provide very natural light coloring. For the longest time, I actually carried a small flashlight in the door panel because the original and replacement bulbs weren't bright enough to really read anything or if I dropped something on the floor or whatever. Now, there's no need for the flashlight.FYI - the picture is NOT for these exact LEDs. I replaced my map lights with similar LED bulbs (they are smaller than these 3175 dome bulbs). I wanted to show the difference in how the lights look so I left the original in as a comparison. These dome lights, because they are larger than the map light in the picture, are significantly better! The pictures definitely show the difference, but they do not convey how much nicer it is in the car with these bulbs in.These have made such a huge difference. It works great as described. No issue at all and it is brighter than the normal bulb.

Great replacement for my 5th gen 4Runner, easy install and made all the difference switching from the warm light to white led.
