Dalla Piazza Lustro Adjustable Wire Cheese Slicer #

This is a nice looking slicer but not one you can use for reliably even slicing. The roll bar is controlled by the center control piece (black, as seen in the picture) that determines thickness. The design is flawed in that either end of the roll bar may deviate (easily) from the set thickness and cause widely varied slice thickness.Thanks to Amazon, returning this item was simple and I got a refund almost immediately.I'm presently searching for something else to do the job.

Would not purchase again, adjustment will not lock in place - purchased 2, same with both.

This is a good adjustable cheese slicer but the handle is extremely heavy and the item is much larger than I expected. I just wanted a light cheese slicer that I could use every day for a few slices of cheese. This item is really heavy and not really what I wanted. Looks good and it's a quality product if you intend to use it to slice a lot of cheese and don't mind the weight.

Great Cheese slicer. Easy to use. Strong and durable.

This is the poorest cheese slicer I have ever used. It's really good looking, but it doesn't adjust well, and its range of adjustment is very limited. There seems no way to get a slice any thicker than about 1/4 inch. Look further and don't buy this one!

Very good product just remember to turn upside down to use cuts very thin slices if using this method definatley a must buy item

Sturday and cuts well. It is adjustable, however I do wish it coujld be made to cut a little thicker slice.
