Loves it!
Our bun loves to lay on his mat and nibble on it too, whenever he feels like it!

Busy Bun Bun
Good:I was tired of seeing our house bunny sitting in his litter box in his cage and thought this grass mat would be either a place for him to sit and get off the cage floor or perhaps he would eat it. Turned out, he did both. The bunny has had a glorious time keeping busy, tearing up that grass mat and it has kept him occupied with something fun. He also lays on it at times and it looks much more comfortable than the wire cage. In the wire cage he would lay on his side, but on the grass mat he sits up and lays on all fours. I think that means he approves of the comfort, anyways.Bad:Chew, chew, chew. I know the bunny likes making a mess outside the cage too. Then the house cat gets it, chews it and throws it up. So there is some potential clean up, too.Ugly:Wish it would last longer. Mine has lasted 1.5 months and its about 75% gone. If it lasts 2 months it will cost $36 a year to keep the bunny in grass mats. $6 times 6 purchases a year=$36. Plus debris & puke (cat) clean up.Maybe just get him 2 a year for something fun to do.

Warning!!! My Rabbit Got Sick from it! We had to to go to the Vet after a few days of using it!
OK...so I've a lionhead wharf bunny. I've been thinking whether to buy this mat for his cage either for him to chew on or sleep on for a while. Since I saw the reviews are excellent, I finally ordered one & try.My bunny has been sleeping on a brick and cardboard w/o problem. So when this arrived, I just took out the brick and put this mat for him. OK... he DID NOT like to sit/ sleep on the mat at all! All he did was to chew on it! I was fine with it... I was thinking, oh maybe its just not smooth enough for him to sit/ sleep on so he didn't like it? I thought it was still safe for him to chew on it right?No... I was wrong. After 6 days of having this mat, my bunny suddenly stopped eating/ drinking anything!!! And he couldn't balance when he walks. So just in case, I already took out the mat. And then I took him to the Vet this Monday. I thought he had an ear infection. But the Vet said that this doesn't mean that he has ear infection just cuz he can't balance when he walks. She said bunny may have an upset stomach caused by eating too much of the mat. She thinks that he is not used to this new type of food (the grass mat) and he has a sensitive stomach. So that's why he stopped eating/ drinking all of a sudden. And so he couldn't poop and walk properly. Now after a few days of seeing the Vet and having the medicine & critical care food, my bunny Bobbie's feeling better. He finally started to eat & drink by himself. But I still need to force him to eat/ drink sometimes. Also he still is not as active as before. He still can't balance very well when he walks. My poor bunny... :(I guess this grass mat might be good for some rabbits, but certainly mine can't handle it. I wish I had never bought it :( . And so if you're thinking about getting one, just to let you know you might be taking a risk too!!!

A bit small for a cage liner
Decided to try this to line the bottom of my guinea habitat because the material the lining is made from is getting stained from pee, despite using a decent absorbing bedding. Anyway, my scheme is to line the bottom and then place the bedding on top, maybe help absorb some of the waste. At the end of the week, I figure it would be a simple matter to toss the whole lot, making clean up of the habitat a lot easier to accomplish.Since we have two guineas, we have a fairly large habitat. It took two mats to cover only 1/3 of it. Needless to say, this would be slightly cost prohibitive, even with this being an add-on product. We use a flat pan with bedding in it to cover a third, which we easily dump, wash, and reuse. And we have two buckets that we fill that the bunnies use primarily as their dumping ground.I may purchase these again to continue filling in that 1/3 gap IF the price doesn't jump (it remains an add-on) and if my bunnies don't find a way to get beneath their bedding to eat it. We will see how it goes. Will provide an update a bit later when I've had sufficient time to test it.

My bunny loves it!!!
I've bought many different and pricier mats for my bunny. With these she just kind of liked them, occasionally she would dig on them, chew them, pull them apart etc. She did this every so often... enough that I keep getting them for her. However, she LOVES this mat. I saw it while browsing on Amazon.com. The price was great and it was just about time for another mat for her enclosure. I just cleaned her cage and put in new chews, new toys, and this mat. She went right past the willow ball (which she loves) to get to this mat. She has been chewing on it and digging on it constantly. So much so, that she even did the bunny flop on it and took a nap on it. As far as mats go, my search is over. This is a great mat. It's sturdy enough to stand up for a little while against her constant playing with it and she is very interested in it. You can't beat the price as far as mats go!

Bunny LOVES to sleep on this mat
My bunny loves this mat to sleep on in her play area. I added another in her cage. She's a chewer, however she doesn't chew these much - maybe because she barely fits on it when she stretches out. I also use one to cover her ramp to her cage so she doesn't walk on the wire - I clip it on with double-ended hooks that she can't eat (those pet cage hooks). The end of the mat has a cross piece you can use with a clip. When first added to the cage or play area, I would watch your bunny to see if it eats too much of it, but mine likes to curl up on it.

Bunny loves it (maybe a bit too much)!
I wasn't sure if my new bunny would be interested in this as she has never had a grass mat before. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a night full of chewing and flopping around on it! It may have prompted me to pull out some earplugs, but I'm just happy she likes it. It seems very fresh and of good quality, and I'm happy I chose this over other brands.

Slightly on the small side, but my bunny approved!
Some people commented on the small size of this mat, but I think it was fine. It does look bigger in the image, but it's still bigger than my rabbit. Anyways, you rabbit will most likely chew it all up in a couple of days like mine did. I'd buy another one because she seems to have loved it!

Very nice grass mat, but yhe bunny destroyed it over night
Nice grass mat. I would have bought it again. Regretfully the bunny did not agree and took it apart over night. She did not eat it of course she had lots of hay, she just destroyed it. Suppose she did not agree with my decorating and the idea of making her more comfy;)

Fun toy for bunny!
Great play may for any bunny out there! Hours of fun! This mat is thickly woven and lasts for a long time, completely withstands bun destruction!

Grass Mat Review
I ordered 3 of these for my 3 rabbits. They're as tough as any of the ones I find in the stores and good quality. Could be a little bigger for the price hence why I took away a star.
