Does this come with a larger door or can I retrofit it to the door I already have?

It is ordered with 3 different size doors. You need to choose either the 18x18 18x16 or 16x16. No other doors will fit

Can I install this tankless hot water heater by myself.

You can install this yourself if you have knowledge of wiring. I hired someone to install my unit for $150. Well worth the peace of mind.

Do you have to change out the propane regulator for a high pressure one ?

I didn't change or alter the propane system at all. The system has been working flawlessly since it has been installed.

I have a 2020 keystone cougar 315rls, do i need any other parts for install? will the door fit the existing hole?

You should measure to be sure but if you're replacing a standard 6 gal unit, it should slide right in. I needed two 1/2" flexible boxes with 3 /4" fittings. I'm pretty sure of the fitting size, but you should take the plastic fitting covers off of the new unit and take them to a plumbing or Lowe's type store to make sure
