Review: Worth every penny - I place this right between or slightly below the line between my shoulder blades and it resets my upper back & has been the cure for my costochondritis. Anytime I feel a little ache in my front ribs or floating ribs iny back, I can focus on using this back pod & it goes away. The relief is amazing since I lived with the pains for a long time before finding this. Also, when I feel like my whole upper back is jammed down, this opens everything up. I do think it takes awhile at first so just try it everyday until it becomes second nature and a quick release and relief as you’re further along in healing.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: The product is made in China

**Q: Is this a copy of the Backpod?**
A: China ripoff. I'd spend a few bucks more on an actual backpod with the instructions written by the actual physical therapist that invented it.

**Q: Can you sleep on it?**
A: According to my chiropractor, it's not recommended to do so. You may want to consult your own medical specialist. I use mine for about 5-10 minutes at a time.

**Q: How often are you supposed to use this product? The instructions only show the positions, not how many times a day to do them.**
A: At least once a day or however many times you need to use it for your specific pain or need.  I used it once a day in the evening after my work day
