Is this a copy of the Backpod?

China ripoff. I'd spend a few bucks more on an actual backpod with the instructions written by the actual physical therapist that invented it.

According to my chiropractor, it's not recommended to do so. You may want to consult your own medical specialist. I use mine for about 5-10 minutes at a time.

How often are you supposed to use this product? The instructions only show the positions, not how many times a day to do them.

At least once a day or however many times you need to use it for your specific pain or need. I used it once a day in the evening after my work day
