Pros: NO flavor when mixed with something with flavor of its own. Dissolves very completely with a gentle stir. It actually improves the mouthfeel of coffee with oatmilk. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone. Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on Amazon than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted.

This dissolves very easily, has no smell or flavor/taste so it mixes well into drinks, water, shakes. I only use a half teaspoon daily, so it should last a long time

Different fibers do different things, and I use this one to optimize my gut health and microbial balance. For me it’s maintenance, and it works, noticeably, to keep my lower GI activity predictable. Flavorless. Disappears into a shake. You still need to eat your vegetables for insoluble fiber, but Sunfiber in this product is pretty great.

Mixes great with my tea or coffee.. no change in the flavor. Have used two containers so far and not once, did it not mix with the warm coffee/tea.... Wish it had a bit more fiber type, that would assist "going"..... it does not seem to be very effective in that dept. Happy with product, but will probably find something a little bit more obviously, effective....

Love this fiber! I've had several intestinal surgeries, and this is the definitely the best luck I've had with a fiber supplement. I tolerate it with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this to anyone in need of fiber but most especially for anyone like me who has a delicate system.

I swear by this stuff. I used to have frequent loose bowel movements. After starting this I immediately got regular. Just amazing! And the price is very affordable. I've tried many other fiber supplements like benefiber, metamucil, and psyllium husk and nothing worked like this. Highly recommend!

absolutely love sunfiber as a milder yet effective alternative to psyllium. no grittiness or flavor and easily dissolves.

I bought this twice. The first time it mixed well and dissolved completely. The 2nd bottle did not mix well or dissolve completely. Good luck

I have bought this a number of times. It is a great product and works well. No taste and dissolves perfectly. I am very sad that the price keeps going up and it is so difficult to get here in Canada.

I’ve tried psyllium husk before but it was awful- dietician recommended this instead as I have gastroparesis and PHGG is much more bio available. It’s completely tasteless and unnoticeable in just about any drink! Very happy and so glad I made the switch!

the powder is very chunky. it doesn't dissolve easily like the others do. and it doesn't seem to work for digestion. generally a waste of money. i agree with the other 1 star reviews. it might have been a bad batch so i order another one to be sure. same problem! give me a refund!!!!!!
