I ordered an XXXL, which is what the size chart recommended, because I have a 36" waist and I was easily able to put it on at the tightest setting. When I asked the seller about it they recommended an XL. The sizing chart doesn't take into account the stretch of the latex. An XL was snug at the loosest setting but it loosens as it warms up and it's still comfortable to move around in it.
