Really helps with leg cramps

Really relieved with leg cramps.

I purchased these quinine capsules on the recommendation of others who have Fibromyalgia, and my husband has Fibro as well. He complains of leg pains/involuntary twitches mostly at night, and not much helps except tonic water, so we thought we'd give these a try. He reports that they do calm down his restless legs and help alleviate some of his discomfort. He takes them at night and it lasts almost a full 24 hours. Would definitely keep buying these!

This works great for me. I get cramps really easily and especially at restaurants. I used to drink “Schweppes” brand Tonic Water before or on the way out to eat. And also one during my meal. These 2 Quinine capsules are working great.

Hard on my stomach. Have to take for months for slight improvement . I really was suffering for years with nocturnal cramps in my legs. Maybe the quinine helped a little, my neurologist prescribed Flexeril and wow it helped a great deal.

This is the most effective quinine I've found. I can only see it on Amazon. It helps with many neurology issues for me.

After taking for over a week, this product does nothing for nocturnal cramps. So, if your cramps happen through the night, this is a waste of time & money & not eligible for a refund.
