EC3 Fogger Return & Refund Policy: All foggers are protected under a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. This warranty covers mechanical issues and defects. A $30 re-boxing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for any UNUSED fogger that is returned within the 30-day return timeframe. USED foggers that have no mechanical defect cannot be returned for a refund.

Truly worth the money
I unfortunately have a severe mold and mytoxin exposure due to hidden mild in unfinished room. It has been almost one year of hell for me and my family. Even after remeidiation those pesky spores float around. They are even airborne when you have not had colonies of mold in the home. My husband bought me this fogger with absolutely no faith in its effectiveness! Well he was humbly surprised! My home Almost instantly smelled like the air was neutralized! No more musty lingering mytoxins odor! I immidialy felt something lift. So I proceeded to fog my entire home. Everything. There is no doubt about it this is a true sanitizer at its best! Buy a couple of bottles of concentrate when you realize how wonderful you start to feel you’ll wanna fog more then you need to! Make sure you grab an extension cord for corners that are a bit far depending on room size! Fog the mattress carpets even yourself! I have developed MCS due to mold complications. I cannot tolerate any chemicals as I inflame very fast. This is a botanical no toxins nothing harsh. I had to write this review because I know there are people like me who’s life got shook due to black mold. There is hope and this fogger is so supportive In the fight to be well once again!
