My 2011 jeep grand cherokee is getting heat only on driver side bit not the passenger side will this fix the passenger side?

This is just the gear mechanism that is attached to the Blend Door Actuator motor. Usually it is this piece that breaks and causes the loss of heating or cooling on one side or the other. There are two in the vehicle. The Passenger side is easier to access as you only have to remove the Glove Compartment box to get to it. There are several videos on youtube that walk you through the process. But yes this part should correct the issue if it is simply a broken gear drive on your existing actuator. I would suggest getting the actuator as well as you never know which piece you will need until you are inside the dash. I keep a full set on standby just for that purpose. I have had to replace both sides on my 2011 JGC.
