**Q: Is it possible that the canopy poles were mislabeled, I assembled as instructed but feel like the poles are backwards?**
A: Ours were also mislabeled so we switched them (reverse of instructions) and they were fine after the switch.

**Q: Does this seat arrive in 2 or 3 boxes?**
A: 3 boxes - the boxes are numbered 1 of __, 2 of __, etc. but the third box usually arrives a few days later. Love mine - enjoy!

**Q: Can I get replacement cushions?**
A: If there is a problem with the cushions, we can replace it for you.

**Q: What about the black set? What color are the cushions?**
