This is an almost failure as a novel
SPOILER ALERT----YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!As I have stated previously in my review of Book 2, I cannot stand the whining of Simon our MC about his bickering with his demon and how they are NEVER really a true partnership of body and mind to grow in power, to take over, to protect their women and to keep their enemies in total fear. Now that would be a badass in your face story. This doesn't happen.I get it, demon is a demon, but this is a fantasy novel. Let's put away the Bibles and Church and focus on writing a kick-butt-in your face novel and at some point, Simon's demon could have been affected by Simon's love for his women, especially his main four women and learned a balance between totally evil, and "hey, yeah slaughter the bad guys, but let's get on board with loving our harem"You know that kind of thing. That absolutely does NOT happen in this novel and the fourth and final book is even worse. I read them all just to see how the story ends, but let me just clue you in that the final book ends on a cliffhanger that is NEVER resolved.

3 Stars is a Good Rating
It is a good novel for it’s genre. Those who already favor Game Mode Harem stories are likely to enjoy this. However, it is unlikely to attract anyone with outside interests. The young women of the Protagonist’s harem are well cared for and contribute to the story, but they fail to really grow. Simon fails to really grow either, instead he continues on with who he is, which is less satisfying to me.Plenty of time is spent on fleshing out the girlfriends, but what is described in the beginning fails to really change. There is an illusion of change, such as them leaving their former jobs to help Simon, but a habit, belief, et cetera changing towards something else fails to really occur to the distortion of mine.Simon has a character arc but it is the same as the first two books. He displays very demonic persona & choices in the beginning, but by the end he is very carrying for those who are members of his daemon family.Simon is more of a member of a polyamorous marriage with four women & himself, instead of the stereotypical polygamy people imagine practiced, by more uneducated Mormons. That is displayed by his adamant interest in all of his family and what they in turn want. He leaves a few decisions regarding his ascent, to them. For sharing Gravity, grateful am I. May the Goddess be asked to alighten a path towards love, joy, & happiness along the self’determined life’cycle chosen by the higher’self of yours, pray do I.

Taking it all.
Kingman and his harem of beautiful succubi have only one goal, and that's to take over the syndicate. But in order to do that, they have to beat the current Donna of the ghambeni family,an obstinate old woman with her old demons...and did i mention it? The BPA has to witness the handover...

ehh
More of the same from the last books stakes just increase further. There was a third option in the choices near the end and the author took one of the two predictable routes instead of subverting a old trope to my dismay.Read this to kill time if you please
