I have a suit and use both depending on what I’m doing. With the suit, it’s a struggle to remove once I’ve sweated in the Arizona sun for an hour or went to the gym. Forget going to the bathroom in a timely manner. With this vest I have none of those worries. I wear it with compression leggings or some shorts and it keeps it in place for me. Material allows you to sweat while maintaining being breathable. It is comfortable and provides just the right amount of support to keep everything in place. Very well made, doesn’t itch when I’m wearing it for extended periods. Very easy to put on and take off. Pairing this with a workout cream and my waist trainer I get the best sweat. The only thing I would change would be for it to be a bit longer.
