I suggest putting it in a spray bottle and then after you towel dry your skin, spray it on. Then I massage it in to the skin. I use it on my entire body - from face to feet. I live in a very humid climate but also travel to very dry places. Regardless of the climate, rose water and glycerin is the most effective skin moisturizer I've used. Some people find it a little sticky, however you can always water it down a bit by adding more rose water. Also, the brand Heritage seems to have less glycerin in its formula.
