I Really love this product. I definitely notice the difference in my workouts and my physical appearance when I use it. I've been using Gaspari products for years, and so far I haven't found much I can complain on. One thing I will say is: BE MINDFUL OF YOUR KIDNEYS! I can't prove this product has a direct link to kidney issues; however, I have abused it in the past and noticed an odd pain/dull sensation in my lower back (near my right kidney). Please follow the recommended use and the recommended on/off cycle folks. I mean this probably comes up with any supplement. Other than that, thumbs up to Gaspari Nutrition. I'm a fan of the blueberry and the pink lemonade flavors.

I've been using SuperPump Max for the last few years and prior to that, I used SuperPump 250. I use 1-2 scoops a day, 1 on non-workout days, and 2 on workout days. I have increased energy and endurance when working out. I've tested this supplement against days when I've used nothing and consistently, I get the same results. I couldn't be happier with this workout supplement.

I've used Superpump for years, first using 250 and now the Max version. Blue Raspberry has been my favorite and, until recently, has given me that pre-workout boost I was seeking. Unfortunately, I've bought two separate jars in the last two weeks, both with separate lot numbers and expiration dates, and both have been of a very poor quality. Previous jars of Superpump Blue Raspberry, when the drink is mixed, have been: -Blue (of course) -Tasty -Given me an energizing boost effect (which is what you want in a pre-workout drink). The last two jars I have bought, when I've mixed the drink, have been: -A strange, light pink in color -Tasted awful -Not given me any effect at all pre-workout; no more effect than I would get drinking water. It's very disappointing to see such a sharp decline in quality like this. I've been a big proponent of Superpump and Gaspari in general, but it looks like I might be looking for a new pre-workout drink, as I've already wasted so much time ordering it, returning, ordering, returning... and naturally, this has effected my workouts. Boo!

I use superpump when I go to the gym.! I get an intense workout and get really pupmed.! The taste is awesome..

I bought the blue raspberry flavor and I got this as a preworkout because it doesn’t contain beta-alanine. It works fine as a preworkout and the powder mixes well, but oh my god it tastes horrible! Maybe the flavor will grow on me or maybe the others aren’t so bad, but I definitely had to choke it down this morning before my workout... I’ve never had a preworkout taste so bad.
