I am wanting to use this in a pressure washer gun which will dilute at 1:7 as it draws through. I wear a face sheild and coveralls, is this suitable?

You are pushing my maths a bit. One in seven is about 14%, so that would equate to 7% BAC. That seems a bit excessive for normal (antifungal) use. I use about 2% strength (50ml per litre).

Could I dilute with water to spray indoor air and carpets?

I’m not sure that would be a good idea and why on earth would you want to spray a moss killer on your carpets ???
