I got a few of these so I can connect MIDI keyboards to my laptop without having to have the computer nearby. They work flawlessly and the woven cable covering is sturdy and tangle resistant. I’ve always had good luck with UGreen cables and they’re my go-to brand.

EDIT: I bumped up the rating because UGREEN provided awesome customer service and helped me find the root of the problem. Because of the link of the cord the oculus quest will have trouble seeing it due to the requirements. If you need something for that I suggest getting their shorter cord. As for other products like my external hard drive the product works pretty damn fine.I don't know if it's cause I got a faulty cable, if it's too long or what but I tried using these bad boys with my Oculus head set and unfortunately the program states it needs to be a USB 3.0. I tried restarting my pc and I tried different cables to work with this extension cord but no go. Was really hoping this would allow me to have more room to roam with my VR headset but for now I will have to keep looking.

I did not get anything from UGreen to write this review, I’ve paid for my own items, just thought to mention it. :-) My brother was the one singing praise to me of the quality of UGreen products in general. He said they are all made with meticulous care and quality materials, always have a nice finish, and even when they are a bit more expensive than other brands, they are so worth it. Well, I’ve bought maybe 4 items to date - different cables and a Bluetooth dongle - and I can say he is right. I have not tested this cable in particular, but I can see how sturdy and well made it is. Super recommended!

My son hooked up my new computer in my office and needed a few extra cords. This was one of them. Worked as expected. No problems 2 years later. It is still good to go.

i've had one of these plugged into the back of my pc for like a year and it just makes it so much easier to use your usb ports. multi ports or splitters or whatever you want to call them are great for bluetooth receivers and the like but when you need power and reach like for a hotas or an advanced gaming accessory, these are perfect.

Exactly what I needed to use to make a cord longer. Perfect, works great, have used for a few months now and it works great.
