Hello and thank you for your inquiry. The Mama Bear Gentle Baby Wipes are primarily produced with plant based ingredients, one of which is wood pulp the same main ingredient used in toilet paper. Pulp fibers, although very small, (1-3mm) provide great cleaning properties, but occasionally can be disengaged from the wipe. We do design the wipe to minimize pulp escapes, but sometimes depending on the amount of cleaning needed, it can occur.

What's the difference between "unscented" and "fragrance-free" options?

Good Afternoon Dan and thanks for the great question. We define Fragrance Free as the product has no intentionally added fragrance agents to make the item smell any differently than how the ingredients naturally combine. This product can still have a scent, but only because the ingredients used have a natural odor. Unscented typically means that there is no discernable scent. Not sure, but I’ve used them as a quick face wipe! I don’t think it will take the oil away from a face though.
