For the price and quick delivery it’s way well worth it. It is convenient and accurate. Does what it is supposed to do and anyone any age can use it. During this time I believe it’s vital to have medical accessories at home to help you just as you would with a thermometer. You measure your temperature why not your bp and pulse too? It comes with a carrying case and has labeled photos on the cuff so you always know how to do it.

I had bought a blood pressure before and it was not working in my favor. I bought this Blood Pressure Monitor Automatic Wrist High Blood Pressure Monitor and I like it because it works great, is compact and fits the wrist perfect and I have had no problems with it. It takes the blood pressure a few seconds. I like the design and comfort of the blood pressure monitor. The price was good and it is a good quality product. It fits perfect in the box to store in a safe small place. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Four stars for now: It could be user error but I will get a wide range of results taking my BP back to back. The directions are clear, it’s easy to put on, I’m just not certain that I am able to accurately measure my blood pressure with this device. I will continue to try and update my review. It is still a decent value for the price and if you have someone to assist you, your results may be better than mine.

Under direction of my doctor I was told I needed to have a blood pressure monitor at home. I tried several and finally found this one!! With the others i experienced a wide range of measurements sometimes the numbers were 20 higher or lower than the next. This machine is pretty consistent with the numbers and i feel confident they are correct. It's also so easy to use!! and the numbers are big enough to read without issue.

This monitor is so convenient. Plus is that is wrist use, not upper arm (difficult for large people). I have struggled with getting an upper arm cuff that fits properly, this one makes a lot of difference. I love the convenience of the storage box, it's small and can be kept on my bedside table without taking up a lot of room and encourages me to use it daily. I also love the memory feature because I can share results with my doctor without having to go in as often to have my blood pressure checked. I have compared the reading with my upper arm cuff blood pressure machine to verify that it is comparable or accurate, I'm getting the same readings which I appreciate! It only takes two AAA batteries, my upper cuff machine takes six double A's, love that I don't have to use as many batteries or have as many on hand.

I should have taken it as a warning when I found a card in the packaging offering a gift card with evidence of a 5* review on Amazon; and just sent this back right away. But I had good luck with an Omron wrist monitor for years, and Amazon was OOS with no dates on restock, so took a chance. Although this is supposed to fit large wrists, it was snug on mine. Which led to higher readings. Ok, you can adjust for that. After a couple of months my readings were getting dangerously high (like 200/120 or higher). I made an appointment with the cardiologist and took this in with me. This monitor on the left wrist gave a reading with both numbers more than 50 points higher than what the nurse got using her cuff on the right arm (which gives a higher reading than the left as it’s further from the heart). The cardiologist declared this monitor garbage and said it should be thrown out, as anything that inaccurate can’t even be compensated for.

I have an older Omron and it usually measures accurate to Dr's office. Wanted a second monitor since I am required to monitor twice daily. This Arsima monitor had 3 issues: accuracy (measured lower). The font of readings was very thin and small and crammed up against the side of window making it difficult to read (see photo where heart rate looks smaller and systolic and diastolic are larger, more hold print. The actual font is thin and small like heart rate font.) Third issue is the "fitted" non bendable part of strap that fits on wrist and makes it difficult to tighten the cuff tight enough.

I think that kind of says it all. If I'm at the doctor and they take my BP it will be different but which one is 'correct'? If they take it 3 times all of them will be different. So what I'm saying is that I don't know of a way to tell if it's correct. The only thing I can say is that after spending a year taking it 3-5 times a day and I still take it every few days since then, it seems to be consistent in it's results. Nothing is breaking or wearing out. I guess, for $25, that makes it a pretty good deal!

Bei diesem Produkt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr gute Verarbeitung des Materials. Durch die Speicherfunktion ist die Erfassung mehrerer Daten möglich, was einen guten Vergleich der einzelnen Messungen ermöglicht.

Das Gerät macht was es soll aber die Zahlen sind schwach und schwerzu erkennen.

If you are a newbie and don't want the hassle to measure your blood pressure. This is the very product to go for. It is very easy to use, very comfortable to wear, and most importantly suggested by my doc. Also, comes with a container of its own so storing it without affecting the product is the cherry on the top.
