Beautiful paper for printing, very beautiful image. Clear and colorful. Very smooth and full texture. I think it's quite expensive paper. But she's very good.

Epson Heavyweight 8.5x11 Matte Paper works as advertised. I love this paper as it is non-glare and has great color rendition.

Love this matte paper for photos and graphics. Perfect for creating digital-imaged card fronts and coordinating pieces. Good weight, offering beautiful color saturation and rendition for inkjet printing.

I bought the wrong type of paper but it worked good for what I needed . This uses a lot of ink but it’s ok when in a bind . Too late to return

This is my favorite printer paper for my digital artwork. The paper has a sturdy weight to it and is nice and smooth. Most importantly, it takes the ink very well and the colors come out looking vibrant and beautiful. The only problem I ever have with this paper Is that it can be difficult to tell which side is the front and which is the back. In sunlight it's much easier to tell but the difference in appearance is so slight that in dimmer lighting it's possible to accidentally print on the wrong side. Printing on the back side comes out looking much more dull and overall a bit unimpressive compared to the other side so that's something to consider if you need to print on both sides. If you get this paper and are unsatisfied, make sure you're printing on the right side of it. I kind of wish there was a tiny dot on the back of each sheet to make it easier to tell. For my printer (hp) I generally load this one sheet at a time rather than a whole stack in the tray, just to make sure none of it slips.

Just the right thickness for printing Christmas Cards, other crafts, ads, etc, using a ET-8550 Epson printer. Photo quality is great, no jams.

When I want a matte paper that is lighter weight than the really heavy photo papers but heavier than the standard grade presentation paper, this is what I use. It produces photos that are crisp and vibrant. There is a lighter version of this, the Epson Presentation Paper, Matte. It produces exactly the same quality prints if you want an even lighter paper than this. I have both versions, this one is 44 lb, the lighter weight version is 27 lb. If you are doing something that requires a little more stiffness to your project, this would work great. If you just need great quality prints on a fairly light paper, go with the 27 lb version. One final note, these are NOT for two sided printing. The back side is a darker shade, and does not have the smooth finish. If you print on the back by mistake it will not turn out well. If I'm working in dim lighting I need to hold a back against a front so I can tell the difference for when I load my printer.

Very hard to tell what side is best to print on. Not as nice as cannon matte photo paper. And I didn't think it's anymore "heavyweight" than most others. Seem the same weight

Lovely to print on giving a smooth matte finish. Used it to print pages created digitally for a planner. Images came out great. Fab quality

The perfect paper to learn to use your printer, make plenty of test prints, and experiment with no guilt. You need to be able to try things out, and cheap and decent paper affords you the opportunity. It's also reasonably thick. The Epson profile for this paper is alright too; I got pretty much exactly what I expected on my first print. Color management has to be practiced throughout the process however, so a calibrated screen is fundamental.
