Not Dane-Proof
I left my overall score as a 4 because I believe dogs that are less destructive will love this toy. My Great Dane chased this toy for about 10 minutes with huge tail wags! But once she got her teeth on it the rubber bone was immediately ripped off. It does still sort of roll but she only seems interested in eating it now. It seems like a great toy for mental and physical stimulation!

Not for large puppies!
Toy arrived at 10:48, 2 hour charge. By 6 pm, the little flipper bone in pieces. We had about 3 hours of hilarious entertainment and good laughs over her reaction to the toy. Then she decided it needed to pass her taste test. It failed! It was no match for our 7 month old German Shepard. Still moves, just doesn’t flip.

Getting to like this toy better
We bought this toy a few months ago for our Beagle and he wanted nothing to do with it....I figured I may have wasted my money. I picked it up today and was trying to find a way to make him more interested when I saw it.....you can put small pieces of kibble in the wheels!!! Now he wants to play with it! He nudges it when sniffing the kibble which sets it off....he chases it as the kibble bits fly out. I know PETGEEK doesn't advertise this as a treat dispenser, but it can be used as one....at least to pique some interest.

Distracts from my toes
Love the product and packaging. Keeps my pup engaged although the barking has increased. I think she’s telling it to move when it’s idle so I have to push it for her lol. Only downfall is that the end for the charging port can’t fit flush anymore after our first charge. Could be us.

Not for my dog.
Way too easy for a Frenchie. She grab it really q fast

This thing is awesome! Really fun for our dog
Our 2 year old cocker spaniel just is entranced by this toy. It runs at him, then away from it, it spins, it does everything he doesn't expect. It really is a great toy for interactive, bored dogs. Our other dog (an older Boston Terrier) doesn't like it at all. I think it is a little too busy for him. It works best in a room with solid floors and not too many obstacles (even though it generally works its way away from the obstacles).

Seriously? They MUST be kidding!
What a disappointment. First of all, the instructions are a joke! Who needs to be told to remove the item from the box?? Yet they give absolutely NO explanation how to do the rest of what they tell you to do. Nothing. Nada. Even if they did, they’d be impossible to read, considering that what’s there is writen in4-point type (not kidding) in cheap, faded ink. They talk about a cover, which is 100% not apparent or easy to find because it doesn’t look anything like a cover. See that green flap in the middle? They call that a cover. Its FUNCTION is to cover the charging port, but it looks like anything but; and, there is no hint of how to get it off. No open/close apparatus at all. Doesn’t snap together, as there is no seam…it’s solid. They don't even tell you that it's green, so you know where to find it. No directions, no diagram, nothing embossed on the thing. You have to figure out that you are supposed to take the white ends off first… then comes the next nearly impossible task:Absolutely no instructions, diagram, or embossed hint as to how to get the white ends off. They are EXTREMELY tightly fitted onto the white core, with no open/close apparatus. One would think that they must screw on and off, but no. They are so tightly stuck onto the white core that it appears they are permanently adhered, so when pulling seems the only thing left to try, one fears breaking it. Yes, the tight adherence is great in making the thing durable and not letting the ends slip off. But one a simple "pull" instruction would do the trick. Eventually there is no other choice, so you have to call Superman to see if he can do it.Back to the green "cover." Again, no hint as to how to get it off. (BTW, I’m no dummie…earned an advanced degree with a 4.0; also very mechanically-minded.) Maybe it pulls too…if you figure out that it has to slide first. But this is worse than the ends. Even Superman couldn’t do it, so he suggested calling in the Hulk. Eventually they got it off together, albeit both now have hernias.Even if I were to keep this thing, I can't imagine having to go through the strongman rigmarole of removing every piece just to get to the charging port. Honestly, it took me 45 min. to do what should have taken 5 at the most.Next task: the on/off button. It will take some time to find (despite an arrow on the "instructions"), but it’s not nearly as hidden as the rest of it.Charged it, and it worked until it bumped into something and stopped. Yes, if you give it a nudge it will start again, but if the dog doesn't give it a nudge, it will sit there forever until it runs out of energy. I know because I thought perhaps it was sitting a long time before it decided to activate again. Nope. It sat for two hours. Then, it would stop (fully charged, mind you) right in the middle of the floor even without bumping into anything. And not go out again unless I bumped it. I definitely waited long enough for it to move on its own, but no cigar.Don't know why they have a "no fear" label on the box cover, as some dogs will definitely be afraid of it…as was mine. OK, so that's about my dog, not about the product. But it's just one more aggravation. Finally, and this is certainly the least of the problems with the product, but it is already expensive… Why not put it in a regular box? Instead, they put it in a very expensive--and yes, nice fancy--box that is difficult to open. If this were a gift box for a $100 bottle of perfume or a cell phone, it would make some sense. But honestly, I would much rather pay five dollars less and get just a regular box. I can't imagine throwing this thing in the trash. I guess that's about the only part I wouldn't throw in the trash.NO WAY is this thing worth $45! I returned it immediately.

Innovative Pet Toy
Got my pup's toy today and was super excited about it. I got the green and I love the color, texture, durability of this toy and I love that it's innovative. It came boxed very nicely and will all the parts and was charged and ready for use. I didn't understand the tail part until it started going and I really like that it flips to roll the other way or spins. So far, my dog is enjoying it. I am watching to be sure he's not biting it as a teether, but overall I feel like it's good money spent for a great purpose.Update 8.23.2021. Received the bone on 8.1st and he loved it, however as of this weekend, some 15-20 days later, it only spins on one side, thus only making a circle. Have tried doing a full re-charge and "nothing" / same results. His interest is Zero now & my frustration level is @ 100. I see this same issue w/ other buyers, so can someone offer help to fix this. This was quite an investment for a dog's toy and I'd like it to work properly.. so I can get my money's worth. HELP!!!!

Not for chewers
Yorkshire terrier created bite marks on the plastic body through the rubber cover on first use, heavy damage on the green tongue-like rubber part on the second use and complete removal/destruction on the third (if you cant get a replacement it wont move).Slow and easy to catch, dog can easily turn the thing off/on by biting the button, I'm sure the charging port would eventually get damaged if it lasted long enough.

Keeps my GSD pup entertained
The media could not be loaded. As soon as I switched this on, my pup was all over it, even the cat joined in trying to catch it. Great entertainment, keeps him busy for ages. Its made of sturdy rubber but I wouldnt let my pup use it as a chew toy. More for play & fun time for my pup & me 😁

I was super excited about this item so much but not for a long time.
The media could not be loaded. I loved that I got a toy that my puppy won’t be bored if I don’t have the time to play with her. First of all the charging compartment was not accessible at all… had to find a way to open up to be able and o charge the toy. And after a few uses I tried charging the battery because it was dead. The red light was showing while charging but it was not charging because the device won’t start again.

Not robust
It’s great to entertain my dog, she liked playing with it but it lasted less than a month and then the internal mechanism stopped working despite being fully charged up. Can’t be a robust design, my dog did not chew it at all. Expensive for a months use

Love it
My dog initially wouldn't stop barking at hers but within an hour it was her new favourite toy. Typically she destroys most toys within the first 15 minutes but this has withstood her best attempts so very durable. Love that it does lots of different movements to keep her interested. Also it doesn't take too long to charge and seems to keep going for hours! Really glad I bought this
