BIGGERFIVE Vigor Kids Fitness Tracker for Girls Boys Ages 5-15, Kids Watch with IP68 Waterproof, Pedometer, Kids Activity Tracker with Heart Rate Sleep Monitor, Calorie Step Counter Watch

We purchased this tracker for my 8-year old son, as his gym class was having them track steps while they were out of school. We really didn't want to spend a lot on the name-brand trackers, as we were afraid he would lose or break them. this BiggerFive tracker definitely does what we need it to do though! The tracker has all of the needed features: time, steps, Heart Rate, and even sleep. The battery lasts for at least 3-4 days normally, and sometimes longer if he doesn't look at it too much. The only slight issues I've seen so far are: 1. My son does not have his own phone yet, so we have to link this with our phones. Luckily, I have a Misfit watch, so it's not an issue, but if you were to own this same tracker for yourself and your child, you could not have both connected to the same phone. 2. The curve of the watch is a little large for my son's wrist. This seems to be a common thing though, but a smaller version might be nice, seeing as the description, watchfaces, etc. are geared more toward children. We did have an issue with the first one we were sent where one of the plastic pieces that hold the straps broke, but after a quick email conversation with their support, we received a replacement within a couple days. All in all, for the price, this is an excellent first tracker for a younger person, and I would recommend it for your children.

We got this for my 8 year old son. He hears my husband and I talk about how many steps we got, or getting our steps in so he wanted to track as well. This has been easy to use, he loves checking the time and his steps. The charge lasts a few days easily. (better than my Samsung!) The only thing that is not my favorite is that you have to pull the band off to charge.... not a big deal, but it's the only con I can say about it. Worth the $20 or so for sure!

So far so good! My son has been running all over the house to get steps, so its great! He loves the little puppy avatar. It does more then what I expected for a lower price then other companies. So we are very happy. It has only been a few days though so will update in a few months. I am still trying to figure out the app though its telling me he didn't go to sleep till 2am which I know isn't correct but his wrist is so tiny its probably hard to read his heart rate. But I bought it to tell time and because it was water proof and rechargeable. Everything else is extra! Update: so after a few months this watch started getting water fog inside of it despite it being waterproof. I contacted the company and they did send me a new one. My son continued to use the old one till it became completely unreadable due to the water damage. I just put the new one on a few months ago and now that one is coming apart at the base and is not always registering. So I need to contact company again. I did find in registering the new device they have a new app of their own but I havent really used it much. For the money well it serves its purpose while it lasted and the company responded well. Hope they update their product because my son really loves it.

As a mom of young children, I really love this watch! It does so much…comparable to FitBit minus the high cost of FitBit! It’s comfortable for my kids- it’s made out of a silicon type material that is comfortable on the wrist rather than that hard plastic that you get at Walmart. It has sleep tracking which helps me and them see when they’ve gotten enough sleep. It has constant heart rate tracking which has proved helpful when we had concerns of our daughter’s heart. It has a step counter which my kids love! They love competing with each other to see who can get the most steps. They love being able to change the background of their watch through the app. And as a parent, I love being able to keep track of it alllllllllll on the app. The watches are separated by child but all the information is stored in the app. It really has been a great purchase. I bought one for each of my children and I don’t regret the purchase at all! The customer service has been great too! After my purchase, they reached out to make sure all was well. Great watch all around!

My son used one of these watches every single day for over a month and then it blacked out and won’t charge anymore. This is the 2nd watch I have now had an issue with blacking out and no longer working. Customer service did give me a refund and offered multiple solutions, which I appreciate. We wanted to love the watch, we really did, and we did love it for about a month. But aside from the obvious charging issue a month in, there were smaller glitch issues with the app not keeping the data stored so you could never go back to see if you are reaching your goals or see step counts on previous days, which my son was really into seeing and keeping track of. Eventhough the app is laid out to show daily data, it never actually saves/stores it after the current day. My son is 6, so he wouldn’t know a difference with the app issues, but I had to pretend it all worked fine when asked how many steps he had days/weeks before and just make up numbers so he could feel like he was reaching his self proclaimed goals. Overall, customer service was great, but we are going to spend a little more money and get something that will do what we need it to.

Dislikes: - The app is pretty terrible. It doesn't seem to store/save data and my son has had to restart it no exaggeration every single time we want to look at updated data. It got worse and worse over time. It wasn't like that in the beginning. - Doesn't seem to track sleep. Again, it may be the app, or the watch, but it doesn't always collect the sleep data even though my son has it pretty snug on his wrist. - The watch will just turn itself off, even if there's still 20% battery charge left. It will take a while to get it to turn back on. This was also something recent, it wasn't like that in the beginning. - Step counter is actually significantly off. Most step counters are off, but just be aware that this one doesn't count nearly as many steps as what was actually taken, even when being cognizant of arm swinging in order to get it to track better. - Battery life is pretty short, lasts only about 3 days. - Now that we're a couple months into the product, even though it's clearly defective or bad quality, they won't allow a return or exchange for what would hopefully be a non defective watch. Likes: - Seemed to have potential - The app UI and UX was pretty fine visually speaking, just wish the app wasn't so buggy to the point of being literally useless.

Extremely dissapointed. After a few months, the tracker no longer connects to the app. This means, I cannot access the sleep or heart rate data, which was the whole reason for getting this device. I am sad it is too late to return it. I am extremely disappointed. Sad it will end up in a landfill. I won't be buying off-brand anymore. The price was too good to be true. It worked great until it stopped connecting to the app. There is nowhere to go for help. No one answered the help desk question. No one to reach out to. Don't buy this product, you will be disappointed.

I do a lot of reading of reviews but I rarely leave them because they're inconvenient, but this one is worth it. I was looking for a watch for my 6 year old to wear at summer camp and I came across this one. I was hesitant about having a watch that connected to an app but I liked the features and it's waterproof so I went with this one. I really wanted one without games or camera so he wouldn't be distracted by it. I like the size and quality very much. My child managed to break it within two days of wearing it, and I contacted customer service just to see if there was a possibility that I could have it replaced but of course we broke it, so I don't think they were obligated to do anything. They were very nice and are sending a replacement despite the breaking of the watch being my kids' fault. I also bought the next watch because I needed to replace this one (prior to reaching out to customer service), the Vigor 2 and it's also fantastic. I recommend this watch because it's cute, simple, and easy to use. It seems to be accurate, but I mostly wanted it for my kid to be able to tell what time it was and to remind him to drink water.

I really like this fitness tracker my child wanted one to track his steps and I genuinely reviewed this against the Fitbit kids watches and this by far was the best value all round so I purchased, you connect it to iPhone with the app and it takes 5 mins also the battery lasts days and he loves it, he wears it to school and playing out it isn’t water proof so can’t wear it in bath or swimming but uses this daily. Edit: after months of daily use the strap broke I told the seller straight away and he sent a replacement so happy child and the seller was great to message unlike some others on Amazon

Cercavo un orologio da regalare a Natale a mio figlio di 9 anni e dopo varie ricerche ho deciso per questo. L'orologio è molto bello esteticamente (io ho preso quello blu, ma ci sono moltissimi colori), regolabile, e di misura perfetta per i bambini. Mi ha colpito per le molte funzioni e i molti sport selezionabili rispetto ad altri modelli simili. Abbinato al cellulare tramite app offre poi anche molte ulteriori funzionalità aggiuntive, ma naturalmente funziona perfettamente anche quando non collegato al cellulare (che infatti mio figlio non ha). La batteria è molto duratura e l'orologio resiste bene anche all'acqua. A mesi di distanza, confermo non solo la perfetta funzionalità del prodotto ma anche l'ottima assistenza del servizio clienti che, contattato per la rottura accidentale del cinturino (dovuta a mio figlio), è stato gentilissimo e mi ha addirittura spedito in pochissimi giorni un prodotto nuovo in sostituzione. Sicuramente consigliato!!!

Mittlerweile sind alle drei in dem Alter um eine Uhr lesen zu können und wir haben uns zum dritten Mal für die BIGGERFIVE Vigor entschieden. Die Farben sprechen die Kinder an und für jede ist etwas dabei, die teils animierten Bilder auf dem Uhr-Screen sind einfach für die Kiddies gemacht und genau sowas gefällt denen auch. Die Funktionen sind auf der Produktseite erklärt - was mir ganz gut gefällt ist, daß die Uhr überall und jederzeit mittels dem Ladegerät unter dem Armband geladen werden kann - man braucht wirklich nur irgendwo ein USB-Ladegerät oder einen freien USB-Port am Computer - den gibt's heutzutage wirklich überall... Die Qualität ist super, die Armbänder lassen sich lauwarm und mit Seife waschen, da funktioniert auch nachher alles wieder so wie es sein soll und es paßt alles... Die Uhren sind jetzt mittlerweile fast drei Jahre, zwei Jahre und ein halbes Jahr im Einsatz und genau bei der letzten Uhr hat sich der Deckel vom Gehäuse gelöst. Sowas kann einfach passieren... von Autos bis zu Küchengeräten und eben auch bei Smartwatches, die Sache ist halt immer, was im Support dabei rauskommt. Und bei BIGGERFIVE war jetzt gerade für mich die große Überraschung. EIN einziges Mal den Support kontaktiert, Fotos vom Schaden und vier Tage später war die neue Uhr da und die kleine Maus wieder glücklich. DAS ist echt Kundensupport 1a. Freut mich und bin sehr positiv überrascht... also solange die Kinder Smartwatches tragen wollen... bei uns nur die von BIGGERFIVE und keine anderen... da paßt echt alles!

El reloj está muy bien. Es un reloj de actividad tal cual, no tiene funciones extras de juegos ni multimedia, era justo lo que buscábamos para nuestro hijo, un reloj básico que sirve para lo que sirve. Es ligero, perfecto para un niño. A nosotros se nos rompió la correa al poco tiempo de uso pero contactamos con el vendedor y se hizo cargo sin problemas, muy contentos con el servicio postventa. Quizás estaría bien que se pudieran comprar correas de respuesto de distintos colores por ir cambiándolas, cosa que a los niños les gusta. Y que hubiera más opciones de deportes también estaría bien. Otra cosa que hemos visto es que si se apaga por que se queda sin batería cuando lo volvemos a encender hay que poner la hora bien y eso solo se puede hacer a través del móvil, tienes que tener el móvil cerca en todo momento o sino se queda mal la hora. En general estamos muy contentos con el reloj, a nuestro hijo le gusta y le sirve para lo que queríamos a la perfección.

Uso normal a muy cuidado, se reseteaba el contador de pasos y se termino desprediendo la carátula principal del reloj.
