Two years ago this March I was told that I needed to immediately start dialysis. For reasons of my own I decided to wait, and that was reinforced after reading at the National Kidney Foundation site. However the diagnosis caused me to change my diet, and to get more exercise. That helped, and overall I felt pretty good, but then I am not diabetic.I started using test strips to monitor two main criteria for kidney and overall body health, micro-albumin and creatinine. For the last several years the micro-albumin count was stuck on the very top of the color chart, maybe even a bare shade darker than the max color on the chart. Then several weeks ago I looked into other remedies as my heart had been stressed a bit during a likely bout with a bug. So I purchased one of these along with Land Caltrops, and then Ashwagandha. After about one week of using the above I received new test strips to replace the lousy ones purchased here on Amazon.To my surprise I could see right away that for the first time in 2 years the micro-albumin color was about half a shade lower from the top color, essentially between the two darkest levels, and a definite reduction. Then over the next week I watched the micro-albumin drop lower and lower. It now sits close to negligible, meaning that I have gone from abnormal back to normal in 13 days of using the above mentioned products. Also of interest, I am only using half doses. Thought it best to see how my body takes it in. Plus I am a bit light at around 135 pounds.I never expected such a result. I am glad that the new test strips came to me in time to verify the color drop back to normal, or I would have questioned if the test strips were accurate.

These are great, my first bottle worked well, but the capsules in this bottle are almost half empty and it seems to be every single capsule in the bottle. That's unfortunate considering the price I paid. This is a excellent product. I have been using for many years to control the cholesterol and the blood pressure.

Have been using Himalaya Arjuna and Shudda Guggulu for more than 10 years now to control cholesterol and extra protection to the heart. This package combines the two into one and so far has given almost the same effect to me. Although I realize different people might have different reactions to the supplement, for me it’s all good. I’m in my late 40s and so far have no major health concern, despite not being able to do regular exercises as prescribed by physicians.
