This is a great product, once fitted, when phone added the arms grip to phone in place. No magnets needed. Very easy to fit. Gently ease the bracket between the vent and the facial. Suggest you do one side at a time first to ease the bracket in, this do both sides. It took me two minutes to fit the whole thing, but there is no rush take your time. Very safe once fitted.

Having been used to cheap rubbish phone holder in the past, I kind of half expected this to be the same. It was not, fits like a glove, with no need for suction or fiddly air vent clips and it is so solid. Really pleased and can highly recommend it.

This holder is a perfect fit for the 2010-2018 Audi A1s. It's very easy to install, but be patient to ensure that you don't crack the housing on the air cons! I found it helped fitting it into one side, then the other separately before trying to push it into both. Start high and work your way down. Once fitted, I find it best with the phone sideways so as not to obscure the main screen.It's nice and secure, but it's not 100% "tight"; the phone stays in position but I fear it may lose stiffness over time. Out of the box it's good to go though, and much better than a typical in-vent holder.If you're worried that it obscures the hazard lights, do not worry, there is plenty of room to reach round the top to it, especially if you have your phone sideways.My only criticism on it today is that the gravity mechanism has a little bit of a rattle to it when driving over rougher surfaces, but it's really a small price to pay for the simplicity and security of design.

The media could not be loaded.  DO NOT PURCHASE! this is a useless product and does not fit in the described car or any car infact. And I now have to pay to return the package to Germany! Disgusting

Having read mixed reviews, I wasn't sure how well it would fit - but if you follow the instructions (on this page, not included in the box) then it is actually very straightforward to slide it in behind the vents. I'm normally rubbish at this sort of thing, but I managed it in a couple of minutes. Once in place, it does the job really well - even my S7 with quite a substantial case fits in it and is held nicely in place, while being easy to remove from the holder. A brilliant product, just make sure you read the instructions on this page as they're not included in the box.

This phone holder works exactly as described. If you follow the directions on this page (photo above), and are gentle when pressing the back section down, it slots easily behind the plastic vents on the A1 and fits perfectly. Just a shame that it covers up the hazard button…but a tidy solution and doesn’t cover the vents…

It actually fits though you have slide it under the plastic covers .Its quite steady and good ,but it should be mentioned how to fit it

Buena calidad. Se adapta muy bien al teléfono pero para instalar el soporte correctamente, hay que levantar un poco el embellecedor para su encaje.
