Very quality gloves. it's just incredible. The customer service is just wonderful. The right pair of my gloves stopped working, but when I contacted customer service, they replaced it for free with a brand new pair of gloves as shown in the photo. Fast delivery, quality packaging including a stuff bag for the gloves. Battery packs were easy to activate and charge, and gloves heated up quickly and strongly when tested. I can't say anything about use in cold weather, as winter fled the scene weeks before my purchase. I'll update this review next winter after multiple days of use.

Had to return due to 2nd time using one of the batteries stopped working and wouldn't charge. Needed these for doing pipeline inspection in temps running below 20 with high winds for 9-10 hour shifts. The one day it did work, I found it cumbersome at best. The batteries sit on the wrist. Between the thermal shirt, tee shirt, sweat shirt, coat cuffs, and watch on left wrist. it was difficult to get those on then another pair of larger gloves on top of that. The gloves are too thin by themselves and too cumbersome with another pair on top of that. The heat was mostly on the back of my hands and not fingers where needed mostly. On second day, 1 of the batteries stopped working and would not charge. These were too much money to have a battery issue on second use. Between that and difficulty of use, returned them.

I used the glove liners during hunting, usually wearing them under a set of Marmot mittens. The liners did keep my hands nice and warm on 13°F mornings. There were warmer periods of the day when I ditched the mittens and wore just the glove liners (powered on). My hands get cold very easy so the high and medium settings are what I used most. This required charging the batteries during lunch and at night. My only issue is that they can be difficult to put on. I bought the Medium-Large size. The glove part is slightly loose on my fingers. There's not a problem with that fit. However, the cuffs are narrow making it difficult to put them on and take them off. If the battery is installed in the cuff it's even more difficult. For the heat they provide, I can live with how hard they can be to put on. If there was a strap on the cuff that could be released to make the cuffs larger that would make it better for me and this would be a five star review instead. I bought the socks too and they too work great at keeping my toes warm.

I bought these to use when in a deer stand. No matter how many layers of clothes or other gloves I put on my fingertips would still freeze! This product eliminated that issues. These were designed well and functions as intended. One concern I had was that they would make it hard to climb into the stand with limited finger mobility but that wasn't the case at all!These were made out of great material and have held up well, along with being comfortable. They were not to tight or to loose and fit well! The batter lasted quite a long time. I think on average in could get around 4 hours at the next to highest setting!

I work in an environment where the temp is 34-37 degrees. I bought these to help keep my hands warm during my shift. The first 5 days it was awesome; however, after that things started to go wrong. There are 3 settings: high, medium, and low. The high began to feel like medium, the medium like low, and the low like non-existent. Also, the battery in the left glove ALWAYS ran out first, no matter which battery I connected. Also, I began to feel little shocks in my fingers (like when you get zapped by an electric current). Definitely NOT worth the money I spent on it!

Great purchase for cold temperatures, really long battery life, although I will say that you definitely need to pair them with a wind/water resistant outer glove for it to fully work, do not expect to go close to 0 Celsius degree or lower just wearing these gloves, they will heat up but the cold wind will be always stronger. Now with that said, if you do pair them with and outer glove they are absolutely unmatched, the only downside is that by having 2 layers on your hands the sensibility really drops, so if you need something that needs a high skill accuracy like hand writing will be though .

I have very cold hands with Raynaud's Disease. I ordered these gloves just to see what I thought of them. Let me say WOW I love them. I have recommended this product to several friends and I know a few of them have ordered them. They fit perfect and are very comfortable to wear. The battery is a little annoying when you first put them on but once you see how well they keep your hands warm you won't mind the battery.
