This stuffs pretty good. I'd say this one's probably the last of the good ones from the old days. About a few minutes literally, you can feel the buzz. Last all day (not as intense obviously) and allows you to sleep well at night. Can drink coffee about 3 to 4 hours after when I workout in the early mornings then go to work.

Jungle Juice was a delicious flavor for me, as many brands come in just a basic fruit punch/blue raspberry flavor. It reminds me a little of Tang with other flavors mixed in. High caffeine is known to make some have the urge to use the bathroom. - I typically use this on a day I plan to LIFT heavy. I wouldn't use/recommend this for cardio. Don't take a full scoop and go sprinting on a treadmill and then wonder why you are light headed, dizzy and feeling like you are going to have a heart attack. - Be safe. Don't use this every day especially if you are new to preworkout. Try exercising without supplements and understand how your body feels naturally before using supplements. These aren't magical miracle fitness drinks, they are optional supplements to the hard work you put in.

This pre-workout is nuts! For your first time trying it, definitely follow the instructions on the bottle and try 1/2 scoop first. If you start with a full scoop you’ll meet the Hat Man. Jungle Juice flavor is almost like a fruit punch with green apple.

Doesn’t work and it makes me feel awful like truly sick causing cold sweats and upsetting my stomach. It truly makes me feel light headed and dizzy. My experience in the gym has been a unpleasant experience it’s difficult working out feeling sick and it doesn’t make me stronger or bigger thicker huge pumps. I felt nothing but feeling sick. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it and so I’ve given it a week taking very little powder from the scupper they provided and yet this product makes me sick.
