Ingredients Gluten Free Whole Grain OATS (56%), Dark Chocolate Chips (15%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: SOYa Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavoring), Palm Oil, Brown Sugar, Inulin (from Chicory Root), Golden Syrup, Dark Chocolate Powder (3%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder), Tapioca Starch, Raising Agents (Ammonium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Natural Cocoa Flavoring, Sea Salt. Review: Delicious - These are delicious but expensive and desertcart packs them in a bag so they’re squished. Sheesh! Review: Good. Very Good. Pricey, but... - At least one other reviewer noted that these are not overly sweet, like an American cookie or biscuit would be, but just sweet enough. I totally agree. And they really deliver on a true, delicious chocolate flavor (not just sweetness and added "artificial chocolate flavor"). Also, they are... toothsome; not hard, but you do snap off a bit, which makes for a nice eating experience. There are four cello packets of cookies in a box, and it is easy to breeze through a packet in the course of an afternoon whilst working on the computer. Too easy. The small packets help keep the cookies fresh, I believe. I don't think any of mine were broken when the box arrived, although if you're not careful opening the packets you could break a cookie or two yourself, as I did. Only problem is the price. I don't know of a good American substitute for this though. I will probably only buy occasionally as a treat.

Great GF Biscuit/Cookie
My GF family loves these! We’ve tried 2 flavors and enjoyed them both. What’s not to like is the shipping method. Amazon has twice shipped these in soft packaging and many of the cookies were broken up. In the last shipment, 8 of 16 were broken in at least 2 pieces. This won’t stop us from purchasing them, but it would be nice if a little more care were to be given to wrapping them up safely.

Second order was improperly shipped.
I wasn't sure about these at first but I plan to use them to make a gluten free cheese cake crust. I think they will work well. My only issue is that sometimes when I just eat the biscuits by themselves, I tend to get heartburn. With GERD that can be unpleasant but I do think they will work to make a gluten free crust. I probably will buy them again. I think I will try them to make ice cream sandwiches as I miss those. Second time ordering Latest order was shipped in a mailing envelope. WHO SHIPS COOKIES IN A MAILING ENVELOPE??? The boxes looked like they had been stomped on and the cookies were broken. Not so good!

best gluten free graham I've had
I loved these. I grew up with celiac , like in the early 90s and have had my fair share of crappy cookies, way crappier than what people say gf things taste like today! You think it is bad now, try 27 years ago! But for serious, I got these delivered to my work and I loved them. I hid them in a locked cabinet so my students won't eat them! They are oaty, sweet, crunchy! Everything about them is great , they are affordable. They taste good with coffee.
