Excellent product. I have a 7-year-old boy who loves his boots; they were always dirty until I found this product. It’s very easy to use—just brush off the loose dirt and then rub with the eraser. I forgot to take "before" photos, but the results were incredible.

This cleaner works, but you have to go in with realistic expectations: your shoes probably won’t look brand new afterward, especially if they’re real suede. I’ve always been cautious about suede because I knew it was tricky to clean, but I stumbled upon these Dr. Martens Carlson Clogs and just had to have them.Just a month in — with very light wear — I got a scuff on the toe and was really bothered by it. I bought a liquid shoe cleaner (Pink Miracle Shoe Cleaner on Amazon), diluted it with water, and scrubbed the whole shoe. I don't know if I did something wrong but it left it discolored and made things worse.Frustrated (especially after spending good money on these), I bought this block and brush set. I followed the instructions: gently went over the shoe with the block, then brushed in four directions — toe to heel, heel to toe, left to right, right to left. I didn’t use circular motions.The result? Not perfect, but definitely improved. The shoes look clean, presentable, and wearable again — which is what matters. If you’re dealing with real suede, this is a solid recovery tool. Just be patient and know that “better” is often the best outcome.

Worked exactly as stated it would. Did not take before and after photos but it does not disappoint. Just temper expectations, it will not look brand new but it will look clean. Gave it four stars because brush could not fit in a tight space I had to clean.

Truly shocked at how well this worked, even after reading all the glowing reviews. I've been holding on to a light pink nubuck suede jacket for years, hoping to get it cleaned after one too many few nights out without maintaining it. I took it to two different professional cleaners, one of them self-described as a suede cleaning specialist. The first cleaner rejected the jacket after holding it for 2 weeks and said that they could not clean it. The second cleaner said that they could try to clean it, but the jacket's color might change and they couldn't guarantee that the dirt or stains would be removed AND it was going to cost me $120, so I declined. This product not only cleaned my jacket for a lot less money, but the eraser product barely got used up, so this will last me many years and cleaning jobs. I will definitely be taking better care of my suede now that I have this cleaner that makes it so easy. I've attached photos to show areas that were cleaned, before and after. My jacket doesn't look like new, but it did get rid of spots and stains that I didn't think were ever going to come out, it reduced some of the discoloration, and it definitely helped with general dust and dirt along the edges that collected over years of wear. I think if I went at those edges even more, I could get it looking practically like it was new, but my arms were tired and I'm recovering from an elbow injury. It definitely requires a lot of elbow grease but this product is totally worth it. I'll finally be wearing this jacket out again. I do agree with another reviewer that the included brush is a little rough on nubuck suede. I used a dusting vacuum instead, collect the resulting debris. HUGE thank you to the creators for saving my jacket!

I didn’t know what I was getting into with trying to spot-treat this purse, but this option seemed to be the easiest, safest option for soft leather. It’s definitely better than before (although the overall color looks a bit lighter afterward), and I’m glad I got it! It works like a little eraser, and then can be buffed with the included brush. I like that it’s simple and quick, and the result is definitely an improvement, even if not like new. It’s inexpensive and I think it’s worth a try!

I had one noticeable scuff mark on a pair of Stuart Weitzman suede stilettos and was nervous about using anything on them because the shoes were expensive. This cleaner worked incredibly well and removed the mark without damaging the suede. I’m genuinely so pleased with the result and would absolutely recommend it for cleaning and refreshing suede shoes.
